The hotel, no doubt, is good, all claims to the tour operator Coral Travel - do not buy tours from them either in Russia or in Ukraine. And now, in order - I bought a tour in Eldar from 17.10. 1.31. 10.13, but when I arrived at the hotel I found out that the hotel closes much earlier. I asked about this at a meeting with a representative of the operator - he said that he did not know anything about it, but if so, they would transfer me to a hotel no worse than this. And the hotel was really closed - on the 20th the animation ended, Turkish coffee disappeared, problems with alcohol began. . . And on the 23rd, representatives of the tour operator contacted me and offered to move to Larissa Hotel Beldibi 4 *, citing the fact that this is the only four that have not closed. The Internet was still working and I what kind of hotel it was, and that the tour for the remaining 9 days costs $ 250 cheaper than in Eldar and refused (by the way, as it turned out later, there were also tourists from Coral Travel Russia who, having got into the same situation like me, they agreed to this Larissa Hotel, but when they saw what kind of dead hotel it was, they got out of there with a scandal). Closer to dinner, a new offer from Royal Palm Resort 5 * arrived - there was no Internet anymore and we had to decide based on the feedback from the staff, which was generally positive, and I wanted to continue the rest, and not waste time on moving. Having already moved, I discovered that this hotel was a couple of moments better, but otherwise Eldar suited me much more. And the price of the tour to Eldar is $50 higher. Well, Coral Travel not only did not want to compensate for the difference in the cost of tours and the ruined vacation day, but did not even apologize. By the way, it was the only tour operator selling air. So don't go to Eldar just before closing time (any other time I recommend) and don't go anywhere with Coral Travel.
