WORST HOTEL I HAVE NEVER SEEN!!! ! IT'S DEFINITELY NOT A 4 STAR - IT'S A HOTEL.
So, we arrived on June 7 at 20.00 - we were picked up by a transfer, we were at the hotel at the beginning of the eleventh. And here they meet, of course, not even a hotel employee, but a man from the hammam - Ronik, and led me to show the territory (yes, what is there to look at - there is no territory) well, and he began to push into the hamam, namely to sell services (hammam, massage, Turkish sauna) - honestly, I wouldn’t lay down on all this in a sheet, I wouldn’t even sit in jeans !! ! The hammam smells terrible. After all this, we went for the keys - I immediately said the rooms were paid for the standard with a balcony (they hinted to pay extra), as a result they gave 2 rooms on the 4th floor (414 and 415) there was once repaired, the lock did not work for one room, they brought another key ( from number 218), and the second, after turning on the air conditioner, the electricity went out - the machine clicked - I had to cut off the wall lamps.
Further more - where to eat (everything is already closed in the hotel), we offer the Ala Carte restaurant 50% discount, they refused. We went out to the lobby to connect the Internet and inform our relatives that we were there, and the hookah man Salmon stuck there - the hookah is terrible. In general, we went to a cafe on the street. In terms of food, in the photo this is what is served for breakfast. There were watermelons, melons, peaches, apples. After the everyday mention of the fish, the fish was once (to garnish spaghetti). The bar is a different story - alcohol: beer, vodka, gin and all. There is no animation. In the evening, the pool bar plays music until 22.00. On the sea sunbeds are paid. THERE ARE NO BEACH TOWELS IN THE HOTEL. We knew where we were going. The rooms have mosquitoes flying through the ventilation. The air conditioner does not cool (apparently they need to be cleaned, refilled), there was no bath-curtain in the room. TV-3 Russian channels, cleaning-mud smeared over the room, linen for 7 days never changed, towels even if they don’t change on the floor (they asked).
