This is my first experience of a holiday abroad and in particular Turkey, unlike my girlfriend (third trip to Turkey).
This was preceded by an analysis of reviews on the Internet during the several months preceding the trip. The criterion is to save on some hotel things in order to fly to Israel. We arrived around 1300 as our flight was delayed. We settled quickly - the second building, 3rd floor (with a view to the east and the neighboring Britannica hotel and partially to the mountains). I don’t presume to compare the rooms because I didn’t see anything else, but it feels like a good room in a Soviet hotel: a TV stand, a mirror, a small a table, a bedside table for shoes. Everything is clean, at the entrance to the left there is a built-in wardrobe with andresol, on the right is a shower, bottles of shampoo and a bar of soap, two towels for the body and two small ones for washing, one towel for the feet. On the floor of the room there is carpet, air conditioning, a TV set with three Russian channels: RTR Planet First and RU TV (which more or less normally showed only at night). Exit to the balcony, double-glazed windows, there is a folding grate for drying clothes - unlike the neighboring hotel, everything dried up quickly. Guide Farman (Pegas Turistik) he had an information meeting at 1430 - he told everything in an accessible way how, what and with what... He offered tours. We chose Hamam, Demre (Kekova), Israel. We planned taking into account the rest (a day excursion, a day or two rest on the beach and the city). There is nothing to add about the rest, whoever knew, especially for the first time, a lot of impressions! The food is decent and varied: meat, salads, pastries, fruits, vegetables, sweets, beer, drinks (Pepsi Fanta), ice cream is free, and freshly squeezed juices are $ 1 - I probably had a third of what I tried. The first days and nights got used to the chirping of cicadas - even a sealed double-glazed window did not help.
Well, the notorious rooster, which woke up half past three in the morning.

Further, well, what else, yes, it is desirable to occupy the beach in the morning or the pool at the hotel - it was always quite free there, for some reason everyone was bursting into the sea. Of the entertainment, the night discos Aura Inferno and Crystal are about 5 minutes walk. They start working like at 2.00. We went to the Crystal for Maxim, I can’t say anything. In such establishments for the first time (entrance $ 30, beer took 0.3 liters $ 8) Lasers, light, smoke machine, cold fire - I liked everything. It feels a little cramped, as if many Turks have leaked over the limit of their seats. We arrived at 1.00 - all the tables around the dance floor were occupied, you could only approach the bar counter by tactfully pushing, but the second floor was VIP.
About internet. There is WiFi in the 4th lobby (free of charge), go to the reception, say you need WiFi, they will knock out a check with your credentials. But everything free has a minus - if there are a lot of surfers in the lobby or, God forbid, Skype calls and watching videos online, then there is practically no Internet. I myself tried several times to call on Skype with a large number of users on the Internet - people did not hear me on the other side. For calls to my homeland, it is recommended to take cards from a local telephone operator TTK or via Skype. The clothing market seems to come on Tuesdays, the grocery market on Mondays (we didn’t get it, we were in Israel) I repeat, this is my first trip abroad, in particular Turkey, with the exception of minor minuses, everything is super. I have nothing to compare with, but according to my girlfriend, Kemer is better, and she rested, among other things, in Side and Belek.
