This is not our first time in Turkey. As usual, when choosing a hotel with 5 stars, we thought that everything would correspond to this level. But this time we were WRONG!
At the reception we were met by a "Russian girl Diana", as we later read on many review sites. Citizens! She is not Diana, but the same Russian as we are Turks. And, if you look closely, the absolutely typical Turkish name Diama "hangs" on her blouse. With the letter "m". But the excellent knowledge of the Russian language and at first glance "European" appearance, makes all Russian-speaking guests of the hotel take her for "their own".
So, this DIAMA immediately struck us with her rude attitude. Nerve girl, no polite attitude and courtesy. OK. At first we attributed this to her work, workload, etc. By the way, check-in at this hotel is at 14.00. That is, you arrived at 9 am - wait in the stuffy lobby.

We had a slightly different situation, because due to traffic jams in Domodedovo (that's a separate story altogether! ), we, like many others that day, missed our flight. We bought tickets again and flew out the next day with Turkish Airlines, and not with Transaero, as they should have.

We got to the hotel ourselves, by taxi for 90 dollars. As you understand, our number has been "paid" for one day. The "Russian girl Diana" didn't even allow a word to be inserted, rudely cut her off: "Go have breakfast, we have a check-in from two, actually. " We went to the dining room. I must say right away that the food is completely, well, not at all 5 stars! However, at the expense of the dining room later.
After breakfast we sat in the lobby. The air conditioner doesn't work in the morning. But the heat begins almost from 6 in the morning. We, of course, were dressed in Moscow - jeans, a jacket, crosses. Let's go back to Dia.
This time she heard us, understood the situation. I even tried to be kind. She said, "of course, of course! Your room is ready", etc. They gave us a card. Helped for a dollar to bring things to the room. And ...TIN! The room was just ...Dark, corner, a small window, all day there is gloom - you can’t even read a book (PHOTOS below). It's okay. There was even nowhere to dry towels and swimwear, which, as everyone understands, is almost the main thing on a seaside vacation. The window was open, of course, but the tiny bar could barely fit two bathing suits. We had to hang a bunch of towels (and there were at least 4 of them, since there were two of us - two beach towels, two room towels) on a chair. Nothing dried out and the room was constantly damp.
We almost immediately went downstairs to the "gracious" Diama. By the way, she immediately, even before settling in, offered us a room with an additional charge of $ 10 per day because of the sea view. And in this hotel they are trying to breed everyone to these rooms.

Although, if you figure out what kind of robbery? People paid a LOT of MONEY, there should be no "surcharges" in fact. We refused. But if she had immediately said that our room (in which, by the way, the sea was also visible) was SUCH, then we would probably have taken a room with an extra charge. After listening to our complaints, we were told to come up after dinner. After dinner we were told to come the next day at 9 o'clock in the morning.
The next morning, the "Russian girl" was not at the workplace. There was another change. No less rude, FURIOUS (I don’t know why) Turkish woman said that now there is nothing, come to 12. Come. The same. Cool vacation, huh? Run back and forth for your own money. 5 stars, service, what can I say. Although there are always empty rooms. We decided to contact the representative of our tour operator "BIBLIOGLOBUS" at the hotel, a certain Jalil. He silently listened to us, went with us to the reception. Things went faster with him. They said to come back the next morning. They came.
Diama took over. We were told that the "SYSTEM IS GONE", that is, the computers are temporarily out of service. After dinner, we finally got the keys to another room. Well, at least it had a balcony...On the first floor, a balcony into a balcony with a neighboring hotel, next to the utility room and the kitchen. Anyway, what can you do.

And, of course, no one sits for 6 people - a maximum of four. The food is monotonous. Nothing special. Not 5 stars at all. Some of the waiters are rude.

Same thing - LOT of space! Small beach. Few sunbeds. Very little. Swimming pool with very chlorinated water. Ugh. One joy - the SEA is gorgeous! ! !
