When placing, they give the worst numbers (as always, all the best to our German friends). At first they gave a room with a shared bed, they did not accept any objections. The receptionist Mustafa is a frank boor and insolent, when we expressed dissatisfaction with the number, he said: if you don’t like it, contact your tour operator and leave. A day after the scandal, we were "graciously" given a room with a separate bed overlooking the garbage dump and the wall of the neighboring hotel, 5 meters from our balcony. Under the balcony is a kitchen with appropriate smells and noise from the hoods. A very nice Russian girl Diana works at the reception. She is sympathetic, but not very helpful. There are few rooms with balconies and a good view in the hotel and, of course, they are not for CIS students. 2. All Germans are given dressing gowns, while our timid attempt to get them, too, was declared: you are from Pegasus, you are not supposed to. Another version is bathrobes for regular hotel guests only. 3. If upon arrival (the last two days of October) there was at least some semblance of services declared on the website of the hotel and the tour operator, then from November 1 they became insolent. The transition to the so-called winter concept was announced. Meals are reduced to three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner), all snacks, ice cream are cancelled. The exchange of beach towels three times a week, and this ad was stuck without even embarrassing to remove the previous one, which says that the exchange of towels every day. During the exchange, they look like enemies of the people and demand to name the room number (well, at least they don’t take fingerprints). The beach bar was made paid (only water and tea are free). 4. Power below the plinth. A number of salads in which you will gladly recognize old acquaintances - finely chopped remains of sausages, sausages or pieces of fish and liver from previous meals, as well as half-eaten omelettes, etc. . The so-called hot dishes are a long row of dishes with the smallest pieces of chicken or turkey, the size of a fingernail, abundantly filled with some kind of starch with vegetables. Everything is tasteless, only rice is cooked well. Always a queue of people trying to fish this turkey out of the mud. A little late - no. Occasionally some kind of fried herring or sprat, which we did not dare to take. Meat is out of the question. Sometimes there were cutlets made from frozen soy-protein minced meat. There was no question of any grill, which was mentioned here. Disgusting monotonous desserts, mostly multicolored shaking jellies and sugary Turkish sweets in syrup. In recent days, even butter has disappeared from breakfasts, only margarine remains. Everything feels cheap, greedy and scam, because this hotel is being sold as five stars, for a lot of money on an all-inclusive system. The only advantage of the hotel is the proximity to the port and the main shopping street, which compensates for the complete lack of territory. In general, I write everything as it is, decide for yourself. We don't go there anymore. Fatal mistake, terrible dream!!! !
