We returned from vacation two days ago. The hotel was recommended to us by the Tez Tour agency (thanks to Xenia), although I had read reviews for a month before. Those who seek will understand me how difficult it is to make a choice. I wanted good conditions, on the seashore, all inclusive and so that there was somewhere to take a walk. We got all this. The location of the hotel is excellent: near the local Arbat, embankment, pond, where you can take a walk in the evening, do some shopping. The beach and the sea are magnificent (blue flag), of course it’s not very pleasant to walk on pebbles, but I convinced myself of the benefits of foot massage, my husband just walked without problems, and for those who couldn’t, they bought special slippers ($ 7-10), the water is clean and very warm; there are always free sunbeds, but if you need under an umbrella or under a canopy, it is better to borrow early. Cleaned on the beach constantly: always clean and tidy. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful and cozy, every evening we dined on the terrace and enjoyed the view of the sea and palm trees. The staff is well-trained: they serve and clean quickly and unobtrusively, almost everyone knows and understands Russian. The room was beautiful: the air conditioner worked, the furniture was good, the bath was under the euro, cleaning every day, the linen and towels were snow-white, there were no flowers on the bed, although once a dollar was left to the cleaning lady. The food is excellent: deliciously varied, almost all day, including on the beach. There are also a lot of drinks, only the juices seemed to us diluted powders. Of the fruits, only watermelon was tasty, the rest is most likely still greenish. There are Russian girls at the reception, so there were no language problems. Sauna, jacuzzi in the pool - everything is excellent, everything worked, go at least every day. Of course, shortcomings, if desired, can be seen everywhere. For example, in the description of the hotel, mattresses are declared on the beach and near the pool, but they have not been there for at least four years (it turned out from the conversation). Upon check-in, it turned out that a room overlooking the road was booked, and if we want another, then we need to pay extra $ 5 per day, but we solved this problem with $ 10 in the passport. The free dinner booked in one of the restaurants was not to my liking at all. We advise you not to waste time, since the menu in this so-called restaurant is not offered, but only a certain set of dishes, which only vaguely resembles the declared cuisine. But in general, everything is excellent. The holiday was a success and we will recommend this hotel to friends. In conclusion, a few tips for those who travel to Turkey for the first time: 1) in the hotel, the food is the standard "all inclusive", and not ultra, as we were told at the agency; 2) before agreeing to massages of the face and body in the spa of the hotel, consult your guide, you can find much cheaper; 3) in the hotel shops everything is 2 times more expensive than in the city.
