I want to say right away that almost all the reviews about this hotel on Turpravda date back to pre-Covid times, and, probably, things were different then. I describe the picture of the current covid period.

In addition, we had no experience with 4-kami before (only with European ones), in Turkey for the first time, but such an abyss between the 5 stars of Egypt and 4 of Turkey was not even expected.

So, feedback.

We rested at the Bergamot Hotel from 9.08 to 16.08.
We arrived in the morning around 10:30, we were put on bracelets and sent to breakfast (late breakfast here from 10 to 11).
Check-in is standard at 14, but we were told that the room would be ready earlier.

Breakfast. Throughout the holidays, the husband ate boiled eggs, and the children fritters, which, by the way, were like wooden ones.

There are, of course, scrambled eggs, omelettes, all sorts of stews there - they don’t look very appetizing. Often unwashed cups and glasses were very embarrassing (in covid times! ). We wiped the cutlery with alcohol wipes (given in the set when serving).
There are no queues, the guys at the distribution are friendly, they put food as much as you need (unlike Egypt, where you literally had to beg (Barcelo Sharm)).

After breakfast we were taken to the room (257 - family). It should be noted here that only 1 card is issued, arguing that the second does not work. However, we requested a second one - it works great. They don’t want to issue a second one so that vacationers do not leave the air conditioner on while they are away from the room.

Our room was at the very end of the corridor, windows / balcony overlooking the courtyard. On the contrary - neighboring hotels, barrels for heating water, buzzing air conditioners and smells of the kitchen. Terrible.

The room itself is more or less clean (compared to Egyptian cleanliness standards). Two rooms. Well, as the rooms - one small closet with a single bed and a bedside table; in the main room a la a double bed (short, ~140 wide) and a single bed.

The bathroom is small and the ventilation does not work.
By the time he got out of the shower and dried off, he was sweating again.

Naturally, we asked to change the number. To this we were told that the rooms are all occupied, and in general, “it’s not our problem”, you were given the “best of the worst” number, the cat was available, so don’t show off. As soon as the number appears, we will send you a message.

Nobody sent messages, a couple of days later we went to the reception again about this, but in vain.

Additional information about the room: safe for a fee; in the refrigerator there is water, 3 juices (the mini-bar is not replenished, only water is brought). There is a hair dryer, it blows norms, but it was dirty : (.
Air conditioning works poorly, TV - a couple of Russian-language channels, no cartoons. The Internet is bearable. If you have the patience, you can even send a photo. Sockets - 2 in a small room, 1 for a kettle, 1 in the bathroom.

The receptionists are something.

With some kind of fright, they brought us a crib, we did not ask for a cat. She occupied a quarter of the room, where space is already small.
Twice they asked to take it out, they allegedly pass this information on to someone and that's it.
The bed lived with us in the room all the days of the holiday.

We have run out of coffee sticks, which must be replenished with each cleaning. We were not replenished. Went to reception twice. We were sent to the store..

Territory.
Very pretty, compact, covered in orange trees and ficuses.

Pools.
There are 3:1.5m on the main territory, 1.15m + slides, children's 30 cm and it is with an awning. Slides are open from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm. There is a bar with alcoholic and soft drinks, toilet / shower.
Do not rely on the pool staff to help you with sun loungers or umbrellas - all by yourself.
The tile on the territory is very slippery, the child fell all the time. Only at the very edge of the pool tiles are not slippery.
We didn’t go to the Relax zone with another pool, as we were with children all the time. It is across the street from the main area of the hotel, no one talks about it.

Beach.
Going to the beach for the first time, we were shocked by the amount of people crammed into the bus (hello covid! ).
The way back was generally hell - 15 minutes of waiting in a red-hot bus until it was clogged to the eyeballs. In a word, the next day we simply did not go to the sea.
Later we went at a time when the movement of people to the sea / from the sea was minimal (even if this is not the most comfortable time for relaxing on the beach).
The beach itself, namely the entrance to the sea, is very good. A few stones at the entrance, but further sand.
There is a canopy, the sunbeds are set very closely - no distancing, it’s even difficult to get to the sea through the rows of sunbeds.

Only soft drinks are poured at the beach bar, from about 12 to 14 - there are snacks: french fries, something like nuggets, burgers, plums, watermelon.
The beach bar is unkempt.

Dining room.
Already a little touched, talking about breakfast.

In addition, they clean the tables very badly, you have to wait a long time until the cutlery is brought. The food is not varied, mostly some stews with vegetables. Children have lunch and dinner with pasta: (
Once there was grilled meat - thin strips of beef. There is fish every day - one kind, something like a sardine with sauce.
There are a lot of pastries and desserts, delicious halva, grapes and watermelons.
It is impossible to drink juices - chemical sourness, Pepsi / Sprite / Fanta, of course, of local production. Keg beer, red and white wine (bottled) are normal. Other alcoholic drinks did not dare to try.
Beer is poured into reusable plastic glasses, the purity of which is questionable. We asked to pour us into disposables.
On Fridays, it’s downright a dinner party - crayfish, which are written about so much in reviews, a couple of types of fish, deliciously cooked meat.

Croissant baking is open from 16:00 to 17:00. Pts modest coffee shop, or rather, just a window with pastries.
Turkish coffee for 15 lira is worse than instant coffee.

A la carte restaurants are closed.

As a summary - there is something to throw on the bellies, it is unlikely to enjoy food.

SPA-center: )
Oh. Gloom, dampness, dirt and mustiness. What a relaxation.
Here they changed towels (from 17 to 19). The gym is stuffy, the air conditioner just blows, does not cool. The trainers are rubbish, only a couple of workers. There are no rugs. Working out is unrealistic.
Hammam and sauna work constantly and free of charge. The toilet of the spa center is in the photo.

The animation is unobtrusive, the kids club worked.

I will summarize by listing the pros (of the minuses, in fact, the entire review consists):
- Nature, hotel territory;
- Polite guys at the distribution of food.

Fans of the hotel will certainly enter into an argument, they say, what did you want from 4ki. I want to immediately object that the service is something that should not depend on the number of stars.
