Yesterday we returned from vacation, rested at the Gonul Palace from August 31 to September 7, so I describe everything in fresh footsteps, I hope my review will help future tourists decide on the choice of a hotel. So, in order:
Advantages: - settled us immediately upon arrival (chocolate +10 dollars);
- the room is quite decent (working air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, balcony, two comfortable beds);
- it is relatively not far from the sea, about 8-10 minutes with an average step;
- the sea is clean.
Disadvantages: -during the entire stay, towels and bed linen were changed only once, and then at an urgent request (chocolate, on the first day they left $ 1, but no one took it, because no one was cleaned, no more desire to leave more money But the fact that the cleaner - a woman from Ukraine - is not true, we had two Turkish women cleaning, and they strove to clean at a time when vacationers were in the room);
- Food is a different story.

Taking inexpensive vouchers, we did not count on special abundance, but the cruel reality surprised us. For breakfast, invariably boiled eggs, cottage cheese, cheese or cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, two jams. On the first day, it was perceived quite normally, but on about the fifth day, I wanted to howl, or rather crow. Probably, there is no full-fledged kitchen, or a cook, because the same eggs could be fried, made an omelette, etc. Puree soups are edible, as far as packaged powdered soups can be edible. Coffee is also powdered, they pour powder into a cup for you, and you pour boiling water yourself - here you have Turkish coffee. Wine was taken once - we were poured from battered plastic bottles, the origin of this drink is unknown, however, like the taste. Beer is quite normal, although diluted. Once there was fried mackerel and once chicken legs, otherwise all some offal, kidneys, udders and soy products.
From fruit all the time they gave only unsweetened melons, grapes and everything else they bought themselves (grapes 1.5-2 dollars per kg, peaches - 1 dollar a piece, plums, apples - 2 dollars). In principle, they did not go hungry, but in recent days it was difficult to perceive this food. There were pastries three times in the evening, once delicious curls and twice some kind of biscuits, or cakes cut into 1x1 centimeter cubes. If a salad ran out, they didn’t add more, so there was a queue for food at the beginning of the opening of the canteen (it’s hard to call this place a restaurant). There is only one bar there - at the canteen, what other pool bar (i. e. , a bar near the pool) is referred to in the description of the hotel - it is not known.
- the owner of the hotel (or is it the administration) really sit at a separate table during the meal and carefully observe what is happening, it seems that they will jump into the plate a little more. In any case, it does not add appetite;
They were satisfied with the work of the tour operator (Pegas Turistik), their representative, the girl Venus, made the best impression.

We bought home various souvenirs, sweets, textiles in local shops, really not expensive - excellent large terry towels for 3 dollars. , bamboo bathrobes - 15 dollars. , lokum -3-4 dollars. for 1 kg. . extra virgin olive oil - $5 per litre. True, this has nothing to do with the hotel.
