We rested at the hotel with our family in August 2008. The sending and receiving parties, Natalie Tours, fulfilled their obligation just fine! No complaints! We were taken to a Turkish leather store, we bought jackets there at a normal price.
Upon check-in, they gave the reception (one of the two twin sisters) a large bar of Russian chocolate and placed us immediately in a nice room overlooking the courtyard. Other guests waited in line for check-in until the evening.
The room is good, the furniture is relatively new, the plumbing is in good condition.
Cons of the hotel: 1. the rooms are not cleaned well, tips do not affect the quality of cleaning, 2. they don’t wipe the floor in the bathroom at all, 3. the dishes in restaurants and bars are dirty, the beach is bad, but you can swim in special slippers. In general, the hotel is on a "solid" 4.

Pros: 1. excellent cuisine, 2. good infrastructure, 3. none of the servants bothers. 4. Good pools. The main thing is the cleanest sea, which smells like watermelon, bright sun, calmness and the possibility of relaxation.
You can go once, it's interesting, but we won't go to Kemer again. It is better to take vouchers to this hotel "last minute", then the price will correspond to the quality. We got 59.000 rubles for 3 adults for 7 days / 8 nights.
