We arrived at the hotel as a family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 small children) on the morning of 09/28/2018. We were checked into our standard room until 2:00 pm. The room was on the 4th floor overlooking the road, which made the room noisy all the time. There were stains on the walls, mold in the bathroom. In general, on the same day they asked to change the number. They reluctantly agreed to the replacement, explaining this by the lack of suitable numbers. But in the end they offered a replacement, warning that they would not change anymore. The second room was on the first floor, cleaner than the first, the windows overlooked the courtyard, but the view from the window was of course... (the balcony was located above the "park" of external blocks for air conditioners, which, although they worked quietly, looked impartial). We agreed to a replacement because the room was much quieter.
The food is generally good, but there are few options for feeding young children. No matter how I tried to choose more dietary foods for the children, both of them suffered from vomiting and high fever for several days, as a result of poisoning. Sometimes, when we arrived at rush hour, there was no place to sit down, we had to wait until the previous queue had finished eating.
We spent more time with the children near the pool, since not everyone had special shoes, and entering the sea is very inconvenient, you can twist your leg (stones). If you like to swim in the sea, then get ready for the fact that you need to borrow sunbeds at 6.00 (everything is already busy later) and it’s better to go to the beach of a neighboring hotel (there are small pebbles).

What I didn’t like very much is that although the hotel positions itself as a family hotel, it is not at all adapted for children. There are no urinals in the common toilets near the pool that a small child could reach. The same applies to the washbasin, the location of soap and towels. I don’t understand, is it really so difficult to hang everything with the expectation of children? It is very inconvenient that the light is set to move. Every 5!! ! (I timed) seconds you have to move if you don't want to end up in the dark. The son was crying because he was scared in the cabin alone. I held my daughter in my arms. And to keep the lights on, I had to squat every 5 seconds! ! The sensor did not respond to the movements of the head and priests. It was very stressful!
What I liked was the attitude of the staff. They were friendly and open. The animation team did a good job. Of course, we liked the pool, the sea, the sun... But the negative memories still outweigh the positive ones, so we are unlikely to return to this hotel.
