We arrived at the hotel after 22.00 at the reception desk silently issued, allocated a room on the second floor, the room is small and the presence of a second bed in addition to one double bed for two people turned out to be redundant, since there is absolutely no room for elementary movement around the room without touching the furniture. We explained this to the reception and asked for another room with one bed, we were kindly moved to the 4th floor, but what a surprise when we entered the room there was the same furnishings with furniture. The time was already late and after the road I just wanted to relax and not run around the floors, especially since we were promised to make a second bed the next day (which was not done later). Dinner or tea was not even offered. I had to go into the city to a cafe, since we were in Kemer for the second time and knew where to go.
The carpet in the room is old, worn out, the bathroom is very dirty dampness and mold. Shower gel and shampoo are not provided, I do not consider liquid soap in a dirty dispenser as a means of personal hygiene. Ants living in the room is normal for them.
If you want to go out to the balcony “not sideways, but normally”, you need to move the bed to open the door.

The food was very disappointing compared to other hotels visited in Turkey in the same price range. For example, some kind of vegetable mixture, deep-fried in batter for dinner and not eaten, was present at dinner the next day, decorated with greens. There are few separate dishes, mostly a mess of a bunch of ingredients that doesn’t look very appetizing, I don’t know how it tastes, I didn’t dare to try it, maybe someone likes it. The sweet table is very poor and not well prepared, not tasty, I did not expect this at all in Turkey. A lot of dirty dishes, as they wash it in cold water, I saw it myself.
The beach is located in a very unfortunate place in the bay, where yachts and various boats are parked, if at sea even a slight swell nails a lot of small algae to the shore, which stick to the body. In addition, water from the treatment facilities is drained into this bay, which, by the way, are not far from the hotel. Therefore, the smell in the hotel is appropriate when the wind is in the right direction. I saw the treatment plants when I was walking along the forest road. Maybe this water is from sewage treatment and meets sanitary standards, but the locals do not swim in this bay, this was confirmed by two completely different people living in Kemer, one is a young guy offering tours, and the second is an adult who has his own house and a yacht that he showed us with with a sense of pride, we met by chance, walked from the hotel to the beach and he, driving by car, offered to give a lift to the sea. Therefore, we went to swim on the beaches of other hotels for a fee and on a wild beach towards the village of Goynuk.
Hotel guides protect the Turkish side and all requests for help remain unanswered. I will definitely not use the services of the tour operator Sanmar anymore.
There were still a lot of unpleasant moments, but if you describe everything you get a book...
Conclusion the holiday was spoiled, the hotel is not recommended, especially if you eat with children
