We rested in the Grand Viking in June 2011!
Before the flight, I read reviews about the hotel, to put it mildly, not pleasant, I arrived in Kemer and concluded that I hate the Russian mentality, it seems that some individuals in childhood were wow (sorry for my bad French) smeared under their noses!
We were satisfied with the hotel! If we go to Kemer again, then for sure to the Grand Viking!
The staff is very nice and friendly!
A huge plus - there are few Russians in the hotel !! ! Mostly rest Norwegians, Germans, British. The attitude of the staff accordingly!
Clean, cleaned regularly (bedding, towels, even things are neatly folded - and this is regardless of whether you leave a tip or not)

Almost everyone speaks English. Russian in the hotel is not heard. Only Anya, a Russian-speaking animator. She is also a part-time administrator, helps tourists from Russia, Ukraine.
