Could be better, if not the nuances.

We arrived at the hotel at 23.30. There is a Turkish party in the open cafe: the music is full, the Turks are singing something ...and we are accommodated in a room on the ground floor with a balcony overlooking the cafe! To the question: "Is it possible to change the number? ", We were politely answered: "I understand everything, but now there are no free numbers. Maybe later. " Later, they also did not turn out (and this may be true), and by the end of the holiday until 23-24 hours, we enjoyed Turkish and Russian pop. Question: why are there 4 rooms with windows on the cafe? The room itself is small: a bed, two bedside tables, a table with a TV, a corridor with a closet and a bathroom - not for nothing, but you can live. The only thing I got was the lack of hot water after sunset, because the water is heated by a solar collector.
They have, of course, and electric heating, because one day the hot water was at night (probably someone got them), but in this hotel, as in many 3 * this price range save on everything.
Yes, I'm right, it's 3 * - where the information about 4 *, I do not understand, because even on the office. the site about the stars does not mention anything. Wi-Fi internet was on the ground floor almost always except the first day.

What else to save on:
on food - the buffet is enough for a maximum of half an hour, and who is late is left with almost nothing (Russians, who are here as well as the Turks, are also to blame here, because many gather more than they can eat, and then bite dishes remain on tables, without the Turks noticing it), grill and pancakes, to which there was always a queue, are issued strictly in portions;
on alcohol - because once the question at the bar: is there beer? - I was told no, but it appeared for the Turks. There is only one positive here: I did not see drunk Russians in the hotel;
even on electricity - because in a closed cafe, located on the 0th floor without windows, it is so dark that of course one can consider it a romantic twilight, but near the pool, which is also there, it is still dark and somehow awful.
If not for the late night music (which most vacationers do not need), not the presence of 4 rooms overlooking the tables in the cafe, not the lack of hot water at night (in the 21st century! ), Not saving on the amount of food (quality, in principle normal ), the hotel could be rated 7-8 out of 10, but the hotel owners did everything to prevent this from happening. Amazingly.
RS: Of course, there is nothing in the hotel that you can't stay in for 7 days, but if you want peace of mind - this is not your option, there are enough hotels in Kemer without a disco. To the sea 1 km, go 12-15 minutes, in the summer heat for 40 - run out of the room in a bathing suit and immediately go to sea.
The staff is normal and polite (except for the bartender), the room seemed to be cleaned and changed towels once or twice (we were not very interested because we are not able to shit in a week).
