I live in Siberia where summer is very short. And I want sun, sea and warmth so much that a few years ago, I decided for myself that you need to plan a vacation in such a way as to prolong the summer. Therefore, I go on vacation at the end of April or May to start the summer faster, or in September (October) to extend it.
In September 2014, it so happened that my vacation partner could not go on vacation, and I went alone.
I thought for a long time, it was determined based on the financial condition. I decided to go to a proven country, chose Turkey. It remained to determine in which region and with which operator. The second was resolved by itself, since there was a flight with the Tez Tour company on the dates I was interested in. This even pleased me, TT, in my opinion, work more efficiently and intelligently with tourists on the spot, do not impose additional services and excursions, and enter into the position of a tourist. The departure in both directions took place at the time clearly indicated on the ticket, on board the charter flight the service was on top (in every sense). The transfer in all directions (airport - hotel, excursions, hotel - airport) took place on time, the buses were clean, comfortable, the air conditioning systems were in good working order.
Deciding on the region was just as easy. I really like Kemer. Very beautiful nature, tall mountains, clear sea. The only difficulty in choosing is to decide on the hotel. I decided to choose an inexpensive city hotel Idyros 3 * in the city of Kemer. The hotel is not an all inclusive hotel. And this is his dignity number 1 - you can lose weight a little and look at the world with more sober eyes))). I arrived at the hotel on September 15.2014 at 13.30. It took about 5 minutes to check in and I was immediately escorted to my room. Once in the room, in the first minutes I was a little disappointed, it is really very simple. But we must pay tribute - clean and everything is in order (refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, even WI-FI). The simplicity of the room did not bother me anymore, on the contrary, I want something beautiful - go for a walk! Especially since it's not a problem. The hotel is located in the very center of Kemer on Limani pedestrian boulevard, with many shops and restaurants. A little more about the advantages of the hotel. The hotel building is built in the shape of a rectangle with a courtyard (garden, restaurant, bar, swimming pool, pavilions with soft poufs). This allows you to rest quite comfortably. Many other hotels in a similar price range have high fences, which in turn do not really block them from the roadway with buses, trucks, etc. So, when choosing a hotel, I recommend staying at Idyros 3 *.
Walk: br. Limani, Kemer park, yacht club embankment, Moonlight Club Kemer (system of restaurants, bars, beaches, water park, aquarium).
Eat and drink: a delicious Turkish flatbread - a restaurant opposite the hotel, across the parking lot (from 5 to 8 $). You will not stay hungry if you walk along Liman and in almost any restaurant, a varied menu, including in Russian. I won’t write prices for food, it all depends on your requests and wallet from “modest, but satisfying”, to “even if it’s not tasty, but it’s expensive for that”. Alcohol - the average price for beer is 0.5 - from $ 3 to $ 8, the cocktail menu is widely presented, the prices for classic cocktails are the same as ours (or a little cheaper). In principle, alcohol was of little interest to me, so there is nothing more to say.
Entertainment: the main daytime entertainment is the sea, the beach "My beach club". Sandy beach, moderately gentle entrance. Special footwear is not needed.
For those who like to swim on yachts, a huge number of boat trip programs are offered (I don’t know the prices, since this doesn’t attract me).
For car enthusiasts - rent a car from $40 per day, gasoline from $2 per liter. Our rights are correct. Offer additional insurance

Evening entertainment, again for an amateur. There are two discos within walking distance: "Aura" and "Inferno". In many cafes and restaurants in the evening live music, karaoke, dancing.
The biggest plus of the hotel is the ability to get on foot, with an easy walking step for 10-15 minutes to the beach and other places of entertainment.
Weather: September 15-29, air temperature during the day - + 26-35, in the evening, at night - + 24-26. It rained a couple of times at night, but in the morning only slightly wet paths reminded of it. There were clouds in the sky for a couple of days (which is very beautiful, especially if you look at the mountains in cloud caps).
Excursions: not particularly interested, since the third time in Turkey and saw a lot. I went to the show "Evolution" of the world famous dance group "Fires of Anatolia" - $ 80 (transfer, dinner, show). For the inexperienced - like it. If you have seen at least one concert of the “student spring”, then you will have mixed impressions. I did not regret that I went, ventilated, diversified the rest. But I saw the show even more abruptly, for example, in the UAE "Jumana show".
P. S. Tip from an experienced tourist: When you are going on vacation, first decide what you want to get in the end. Always, on any trip, any hotel, any country, you can find something to complain about if your goal is to find fault and ruin your vacation. If you are going to rest, then you will just relax and enjoy every day of the trip. I have managed this on every one of my trips - Greece, Turkey, UAE, India, Egypt, China, Cuba. In some, not just once. Hotels of different levels from 3 to 5. Everywhere you can find both pluses and minuses. Rest, don't compare, 14 days are so short, don't waste them looking for negativity, it may happen that you find it even then, the rest is so short and not so cheap, and such a long-awaited one can be ruined.
