Settled in a room 2 for 3 without a window with a window under the ceiling. The drunken owner of the hotel, who is also the administrator, rudely stated that since I was alone, I was entitled to a "single", although the standard was written on the voucher. "They did not allow me to call the Sunrise guide from the reception, they suggested that I go to the street, which still had to be found in the wilderness village, buy a card. I have never seen such treatment anywhere. The next day, the owner, having sobered up, moved me to a room of 10 sq. m, but at least with a balcony. In the morning and evening the water was cold. I could wash myself only at lunchtime, and even then not every day. I begged they have a bucket, in the afternoon they stocked up with water. Meals: for 12 days for breakfast, not a single egg. Three times a day, vegetables, 2-3 times "meat" finely chopped, which can be found among vegetables. And the worst thing is that there is no one to complain to. The guide appeared only once, he preferred not to go to this barn. I witnessed how the owner beat a tourist who accidentally fell into the pool. The police are a frequent guest in this hotel according to tourists who arrived before me. Dear Sirs! Don't trust good reviews. They are written by the tour operators themselves. None of the tourists liked the hotel, the second time no one will go. Take pity on your nerves, go to any other hotel. This hotel is life threatening!
