We arrived at the hotel around 7:00 am. They said that there are no rooms and you need to come by 12:00 and check if the rooms are ready. They promised that most likely we will be accommodated after 12:00. They gave me a form to fill out and that was it. No additional information. Despite the fact that there is a luggage storage, we were not offered it until we asked for it ourselves. Since we knew that it would be possible to go to breakfast, we began to ask where the restaurant was located, where was the toilet to at least wash off the road. Of course, they answered us, but they themselves did not tell us anything. When we approached at about 12:30 to check whether the rooms were free, the only Russian girl, the administrator, said very unfriendly that, in fact, they had a settlement from 14:00. I replied that I knew this, but the previous administrator himself said to come by 12:00. She asked to wait. How long to wait, what to wait is not clear. She, like a spell, repeated the same thing a couple of times, that you need to wait. Then, after about 20 minutes, we were settled in building 4 across the road from the main building. The room was smoky (although the rooms are non-smoking). The porter took us to the room, on the way he dragged our bag along the ground, that I was afraid that after that holes would remain on it. He led us through a rather small room, told us what and where is in the room, and then began to beg for a tip at the door. I showed with all my appearance that I had nothing, then I called my husband and the husband said in plain text that we had not exchanged money yet and we had nothing to give. He left, but then at each meeting he looked rather unpleasantly at us.
According to the number, everything you need, in principle, is there, but if you expect to take something from mini perfumes, then it was not there. In the bathroom there are 2 dispensers with liquid soap, it is also shampoo. There are also bags for hygiene products and a shower cap. Slippers were hidden under the sink (by the way, the porter didn't talk about them, apparently he hoped we wouldn't find them).
Room cleaning. Upon arrival it was smoky, even the bed had a stale smell. The face mirror was slapped and wiped only on the third day after my complaint. Towels were also changed only when I complained that they were already gray. In the information folder on the table there were old dirty sheets of paper filled with something, a questionnaire at least two months old, in the closet, along with a laundry bag, there was a dirty price list. In order to change the bedding, you must definitely put a leaf that lies by the bed with information that cleaning will be done only on request. When we ran out of shower gel, aka shampoo, they brought it to us only after I got indignant at the beginning on the phone, and then came and said the same thing at the reception. And the most surprising thing for us was when on the day of departure, when after breakfast we returned to the room, the maid brought an envelope for a tip and left a note that she was cleaning our room. Somehow, I'm frankly shocked by this. Not only were there enough jambs during cleaning, they also like to leave dirty laundry on the floor, and often right under your door, so you see, they also brought an envelope for a tip. It would be better to clean up well!

Restaurant. The food is excellent, there is always something to choose from, but the dishes are not washed well (by the way, they are plastic), the waiters will never come if you do not tip. Themselves approach in the hope of a tip only to the Germans, Swedes, French, and often come up to talk to the Turks. On the tables, if you came to eat not from the opening of the restaurant, there are never cutlery and napkins, you will need to take them yourself on the tables of the waiters. Often it was necessary to wipe the table with napkins from previous guests, as the waiters take the plates away, but the table is not wiped.
The staff at the pool bar seemed the most friendly and adequate.
As for all-inclusive, local wine, for example, try asking the waiter. There are 2 pool bars, but in fact only 1 is open from 10:00 to 23:00. You can take tea, coffee, fanta, pepsi, sprite, beer, and drinks like yupi (chemistry by chemistry).
Sea and beach. The sea is excellent, the water is clean and warm, BUT! Lots of sunbeds are occupied before breakfast and if you come after breakfast, then most often there are no sunbeds even in the sun. When we came on the first day and turned to the staff on the beach, they said that there were no sunbeds and they did not offer any solutions to the problem. Then they said that we could sit at the tables at the bar and wait for someone to leave. So if you want to take a seat on the beach, you have to get up early and be among the first to run for breakfast and run to the beach.
In general, the hotel is good, but the staff is terrible. Nobody wants to go to the meeting. And the guy who is attracted to go to the spa is also a boor. Besides the fact that he snapped in conversation with us, he also allowed us to discuss our conversation with him behind our backs. I think that such hotel employees should be fired altogether.
Internet. Wi-fi is not working well. Often disappears.
