We rested (two adults and a child under two years old) in Kemer from 06/06/2018 to 06/13/2018 at the Ambassador Hotel 4 * (tour from "JoinUP"). The hotel is a nightmare! When choosing a tour, such parameters as a small hotel and the minimum distance from the sea were important for us. On the hotel website, the information was about 90 rooms and 50m from the sea. In fact, it turned out that the hotel has six buildings (each with an average of 90 rooms), scattered over a large area of the city, and not the hotel. Each of them has an additional word in its name: PARK, PLAZA, ROYAL… And if your voucher has ROYAL, get ready for HORROR! This is the SIXTH building! It is located at a distance of 1.2-1.3 km from the main building and 1.5 km from the beach! Therefore, if your luggage is loaded onto an electric car, most likely you are being taken there... This sixth building cannot be called a hotel, rather it looks like a hostel for staff. There is a trash bin and a construction site nearby. . . It serves to intimidate tourists: after a night spent there, tourists are ready for any additional payments. The location of the mosque at a distance of 50m from the body gives a special "charm" to the procedure of intimidation. The sounds coming from the mosque at 3.52 am, amplified by the microphone, have a particularly effective effect on vacationers! This procedure is subject to 90-95% of Russian-speaking tourists (from the experience of communication).
We immediately refused to settle in a remote building (1.3 km) from the restaurant, for which we with a small child after the flight and transfer were “shackled” for 3.5 hours in the hotel lobby. We called a representative of "JoinUP" (name is Isa), but he did not defend our rights, but behaved in such a way that there was no doubt that he was in a share with the hotel staff (he served only as an interpreter). Over time, they showed a room in the second building on the ground floor with windows overlooking the pool and a snack bar, for which you had to pay extra. We said that we would pay extra, provided that we receive a receipt, which will indicate the reason for the extra payment, and that Joint UP will subsequently reimburse this extra payment. To this we were told that the room was already occupied! Our travel agency advised us to call the tourist police, which the representative of "Join UP" should have done. But something didn't let him do it! After that, we began to photograph the employee at the reception, he began to run away and hide in the next room. Immediately there was a room in the fifth building (very cozy, a 5-minute walk to the restaurant) and WITHOUT PAYMENT!
There is no electric kettle in the rooms, although on the website there is a photo with a kettle and in the description of hotel amenities. Water: one bottle of 1.5 liters free of charge (and not in all rooms), then you can dial in the cooler.

It's hard to call a restaurant a RESTAURANT! The toilet near the restaurant stinks in the hall, it is not washed, but sprayed with freshener! Dirt, terrible food: yesterday's soups, cereals stuck together in one lump (for 7 days no one replaced them), instead of butter, old margarine, old yoghurts, some kind of frozen meat is fried, for which there is a queue... Soviet catering canteen! There are not enough dishes, the tables are not cleaned, and the flow of people is huge: all 6 buildings eat in a 400-seat "restaurant". The beach (length 40m, not 50, as on the site) is crowded for the same reason.
A special "thank you" to "Join UP" for the return transfer! We were picked up from the hotel at 00.15 on the seventh night (that is, one night was stolen), although the departure was 5 hours before (at 05.00). The distance to the airport of 50 km managed to go two hours, with a stop at Sorbet. The bus is small, overcrowded, the holes for air conditioners are just holes, from which some passengers “siphon” so much that they had to travel with the air conditioner turned off.
Positive: Kemer is beautiful, the sea is clean and warm, the "restaurant" has delicious watermelons and oranges!
