We got to this hotel because of an inexperienced consultant in a travel agency, they told her that we were flying for the first time and we didn’t know anything, she advised this hotel without saying that there are 7 buildings, although on the website and on the map near the counter at the hotel only 6 buildings were written, having already bought a tour, we began to read reviews about this hotel and were very disappointed, we decided for ourselves that we didn’t want to live in building 6.7, because bad reviews are written about them, having read that they ask for $ 50 and they relocated, we thought that there were chances, so we arrived at this hotel at about 16 pm and at the reception immediately began to tell us that we were checking into building 7, but we started to instruct at least building 5, a woman with a rude tone answered us that it was necessary to think before when we bought tickets and that they would not accommodate us in building 5, she said that it’s good at 6, let’s, we agreed, but asked if there was an opportunity at 5, he said that you would come every day and ask if there is free rooms, BUT with extra charge every day 20$!! ! As a result, we are standing, waiting for the settlement, she tells us, where is the gratitude? My boyfriend says why?
