We rested at the Blauhimmel hotel from 4 to 14 August. You will have to walk to the sea for 10 minutes, not at a fast pace. The joy that we were finally settled in a room at 2 pm was overshadowed by a poorly cleaned room, and most importantly by the Lack of HOT water!! ! Immediately after checking in, I went down to the reception to find out why there was no hot water in our room, and the towels were wet and dirty. But that they gave me the answer that they would replace the towels for us, but they strained with hot water. Because 4th floor and the water is quickly dismantled by the lower floors, so we have it cold. Then I asked to change the room for us, to which I received a refusal and a promise that in just an hour the water would still heat up and reach our floor. In general, not in an hour, not in two, we did not see hot water. Until the evening I went to swear at the reception about this. The hotel staff, smiling sweetly, assured me that there would be water. Only late in the evening the water flowed warm, not hot, but warm. While taking a shower in warm water, I noticed that the water drained very badly. And not only in the shower, but also in the sink too. In general, you literally stand knee-deep in water. I won’t describe about dirt and fungus in the bathroom, everything can be seen in the photo. In general, on the very first day, the impressions of the hotel and the hotel staff were completely spoiled. Towels had to be changed every time, because. left them dirty and wet to us. Despite leaving a tip to the maids. Interruptions with hot water were throughout the rest. They did not bother to clean the drain until the end of the holiday. Now I want to talk about the dining room. The food is just disgusting! During my stay in Turkey, I lost more than 5 kg. I strongly advise anyone who has problems with excess weight)) It means that not only is the dining room full of unsanitary conditions, the dishes are all broken and dirty tablecloths on the tables that have not been washed since the opening of the hotel, but in fact there is nothing to choose from a huge selection of dishes . Separately, I want to pay attention to salads, in which they put everything that starts to deteriorate. But the Russian man, he's all shaved. Still included)) About the bar. From drinks vodka, lemonade (sprite, cola, fanta), wine and beer. That's all. The rest is for an additional fee. And it's all from dirty glasses! Which the bartender simply rinses under water and that's it! This is called washed. I saw it personally. I still do not advise you to drink water from vending machines, including tea, coffee and other drinks. Because tap water in them! They suffered with their stomachs, because did not know this until the last day. Moreover, this is a problem not only of our hotel, but of all the nearby ones, including 5 * hotels. Until recently, they could not figure out why everyone had so much stomach pain and diarrhea. Returning to their homeland, they passed the tests and found salmonella. A very nice addition to gifts from Turkey.
In general, the rest is disgusting. In Turkey, I did not like literally everything, except for the sea. I do not advise anyone to rest in Turkey, and even more so this Blauhimmel hotel, which positions itself as 4 *, but in fact I would not give it even 1 *.
