The first very negative impression about the hotel is the settlement. We are a family of four, and therefore, in an early booking, we ordered a family room (two-room suite with a door), respectively, paying an additional amount for such a room. We arrived at the hotel at 10 o’clock, check-in at 2 pm, and there are no family rooms, they offer a family type, this is a small room, full of 4 beds, so it’s impossible to get through. We refused the room, we were told to resolve the issue with the operator with a settlement in another hotel. The operator joined, we insisted on this hotel and in the end we were offered 2 standards through the wall. In addition to us, other tourists had such a situation with a settlement in a family, but I don’t know how they were eventually settled. One family lived in a nearby hotel (but only slept), but ate and used the infrastructure here.
The food is rather weak, especially breakfasts, although we lived normally for 10 days. The beach is very close, there is enough space, the sea is excellent, there were always enough sun loungers for everyone. Internet in the hotel is free and unlimited. Excursions were bought in front of the hotel in a travel agency, some positions are 2 times cheaper, although the content is the same. I liked fishing (trout) and a picnic in the mountains, rafting, a yacht. Aqualand is average, water parks are better in Crimea, but there are more people.
