Good day to all readers! We chose a hotel in Turkey for a long time and decided to choose Karmir Resort & Spa. We doubted very much - a new hotel, there are no reviews, the photo is only in the schedule, but we decided to take a chance. We found a good price for this hotel in the anex tour, although it was not cheap and began to wait for the long-awaited vacation. The trip was from June 5 to June 16.2014. It took about an hour from the airport to the hotel. Arriving at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised that the graphic pictures correspond to reality. Met and placed in the room within 20 minutes, we previously asked for a room with a good view. The room was with a large bed and a chair-bed for a child and a pleasant designer renovation. Having settled in and rested after the flight, we went to inspect the hotel. There were few vacationers, in some places there were minor repairs that did not spoil the overall impression at all. Food and service were wonderful, but literally three days. Since June 8, a lot of vacationers have stopped by, mostly Turks, plus some kind of conference was also held, also Turkish !! ! And then it began.....!!! ! dinner lasts from 19 to 21, I have never seen this in any hotel, people simply do not have time to eat!! ! Lines for meat and fish for 30-40 people, standing in them is simply humiliating! The dishes became dirty, the glasses were greasy that fell out of the hands, forks, knives, spoons did not seem to be washed at all! An hour after the start of dinner, so many dishes, fruits and drinks - just finished and not replenished as it should be! Having ordered wine, it was possible to wait 30 minutes for it, and when it finally appeared, we had already eaten dessert. In all bars at the hotel and in the main restaurant, Turks are served first, and then Russian speakers can be served - if food or drinks do not run out. The staff does not know how to handle dishes and serve at all! Treat travelers like family! About animation is generally a separate conversation - in fact, it does not exist at all, and if there is, then none at all! We went repeatedly to the general managers, when it was already very boiling, they wanted to talk with the director, they wanted to tell what was going on in the hotel, they hid him from us as best they could, and as an apology they even sent a bottle of red wine and a plate of fruit to the room. . . Do not think that I am some kind of fastidious and meticulous - we endured for too long and came to rest - and here this is happening !!!! ! Once the company went to the pool with slides to leave the ball - so after a couple of minutes they ran to wash - the smell of urine was the same as the smell after the movement of our Kamaz. At acquaintances whom we met, the child was diagnosed with Escherichia coli !! ! In others, the child became covered with a rash - two days without swimming in the pool, the rash disappeared, but again after swimming it appeared. Constantly drinks were diluted with water, including coffee in the machines, wine vodka and beer in general of the third grade! Tea could only be seen at breakfast, as we were told - so that people would not stay too long! About ULTRA, too, separately. . . This is a free service from 24 to 7. . if you get through there, then you are guaranteed a medal, and if they bring you something else, then consider yourself the happiest person in the world !! ! Oh yes, I forgot to write about the beach. . . go 130 meters, you can say very close, but then the fun begins))). . The beach is shared with another hotel!! ! And if you don’t take a sun lounger at seven in the morning, and don’t just put your towel or things on it, but lie down, then it’s good, if not, then you can no longer go to the beach! In general, we definitely did not expect this! We have traveled half the world and we have something to compare with, we have been more than once in Turkey in the five stars of Ultra - but we saw this for the first time! This opinion is not only ours, I hope you will soon see other reviews with whom we made friends, met and talked, and there are a lot of them: from Kazakhstan, from Georgia, from St. Petersburg, from Moscow, from the Moscow region.
