Small family - father, mother and daughter. Travel experience is rich, so there is something to compare with : )
We went to the newest five-star hotel on the terms of UAI (ultra all inclusive). We arrived and settled...A slight doubt stung when bracelets were glued at the reception. They are made of paper and after three days of staying at the hotel they looked like dirty rags.
As for the five stars, someone obviously got excited, two can be safely cut down and then everything will fall into place.
The hotel is new, no doubt. But, apparently, they were in a hurry to open by the beginning of the season, because many of the finishing works were not done by the most direct hands, and the education of the staff was clearly not enough.
Unfortunately, neither the negative reviews that we read on the Internet before leaving, nor the first impressions turned out to be deceptive...
Further observations in a spontaneously chaotic order : )

- The hotel does not provide a kettle or an iron even for small children; the mixer located in the restaurant, in the so-called "children's kitchen" is dirty. And diapers, respectively, are offered to be washed and ironed only in the hotel laundry.
- The rooms are very small and what the website says "40 sqm Family Room" is far from being true. When a crib is placed in a room, it is impossible to approach an adult bed on one side at all, and with difficulty on the other two. There is only one standard wardrobe in our room, despite the fact that the room is designed for four people.
- Air conditioning can only be turned on when leaving the room, as it blows on the bed. If you turn it off, after 10-15 minutes there is nothing to breathe. And when leaving the room, it is risky to hope that you will come in a cool one, because any staff member who enters the room takes your card and, accordingly, the air conditioner turns off, not to mention safety!
Once again: the service worker has my personal key in his hands, with which he can enter the room on my behalf at any time. As practice has shown, it is not difficult for a cleaning lady to open the door with her key and enter the room, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign hanging on the door.
- Another "trick" with the air conditioner - after setting any temperature on it, after a while it switches to +24. After two days of requests, the "master" came and after long meetings with someone on the phone set +20.
- It is always warm and stuffy in the corridors on the floors and elevators.
- Place for suitcases in the room, in principle, is not provided.
- We were lucky with the view from the room - you can see the mountains and the canopy of the main entrance. It is possible that the view of the pool is prettier, but the "umts-umts" of the disco will not allow you to open the door to the microscopic balcony in the evening.
Curtains - one name, at seven in the morning it is as bright as noon in the rooms, despite the northern orientation of the windows.

- The mini-bar in the room will be filled only on the day of arrival, then only water. And even it is simply not warm, there is no question of cooling; forms for ice in the refrigerator lie like a mockery. You also have to ask for water all the time, but you can get used to it.
- The food is quite tolerable, only you need to come to the opening (or better - 10 minutes before it), as there may not be enough tables in the air-conditioned room, and having breakfast outside at a temperature of +40 is still a pleasure. Although it doesn't matter to anyone ...The duration of a dinner of 90 minutes, against the background of other things, is simply fun, in the worst sense of the word.
- Another point, for vacationers with small children, in the interval between breakfast and lunch, as well as lunch and dinner, they will not let you into the restaurant to the microwave oven, even if you just want to warm up the food for the baby, at most they will offer hot water, so heat as you like.
- They clean the rooms badly and at the wrong time, a sign asking for cleaning can hang for 3-4 hours! After cleaning, walking through the room - the legs are black, and we never walk in the room in shoes - either barefoot or in local slippers, that is, we could not stain the floor to such an extent. Bedside tables, tables and other horizontal surfaces are not wiped in principle.
- Soap and other washing accessories are not replenished, you have to ask. No bathrobes, no napkins. The hotel is only three weeks old, but the bedspreads on the bed are already stained with lipstick, cosmetics and just illegible black.
- The bathroom is not that small, it is for gnomes : ) Parents with a small child who does not walk yet, to put it mildly, are very difficult to redeem him.
- The tiles on the shower floor are very slippery when wet. Since the tiles were laid by the aforementioned "not the most direct hands", puddles after taking a shower stand for several hours, and since the exhaust fan performs only the function of a sound source, the smell of dampness is accordingly present. On the fifth day of my stay in the shower room, there was a frank smell of a swamp of a public shower room of a Soviet third-rate boarding house from the early eighties.

- In the so-called bidet, only cold water flows.
- There is no place for towels in the bathroom, they are laid out for us under the TV.
- The hotel is strictly not suitable for families with babies and children under 3-4 years old. If you take a risk, stock up on money.
In the highly advertised shops near the hotel, you will have to pay $3 for a small jar of baby food, $25 for 20 diapers and $2 for 330 ml of baby water.
- All (! ) employees of the hotel, at any convenient or inconvenient occasion, try to touch the child. Pulling his arms and legs, rubbing his cheek, touching his hair, it doesn’t matter what he did with his hands a second before - sweeping the floor, wiping the table with a rag in a bar or collecting dirty plates with leftover food in a restaurant. As soon as you ask them not to do this, they get offended and instantly lose interest in your service.
- The common women's restroom on the ground floor is open to male cleaners without warning or apology.
- The staff is mostly gloomy; knowledge of the English language often ends with "Good day", said quietly and indistinctly.
But talking to each other in their own language, they do it loudly and emotionally, often from different parts of the corridor. If two cleaners started a conversation near the door to the room, you can say goodbye to the possibility of falling asleep.
- All sun loungers by the pool, which are more or less in the shade, are always occupied, again considering that with a small child they do not go out into the sun before 15:00.
- A walk to the sea is directly related to the risk to life. Sarcasm aside - it's serious. Drivers really do not slow down before a pedestrian crossing, even seeing a stroller with a child. The transition is marked only by a yellowish "zebra", there are no signs.
- You get used to the flies. To the little black ones in the bar and the lobby - in two days, to the large green ones in the dining room (I can't even call it a restaurant) - in three days.

There are many more "interesting" moments, such as pillows, blankets, etc. , but you can write everything for a couple of days for sure!
Moreover, construction at the hotel continues, for example, something is still being drilled in the King Suit room and, believe me, this is not silent, and the soundproofing leaves much to be desired. If someone on the floor slams the door, all the other doors tremble.
The electronic lock on the door of the room can spontaneously start beeping, regardless of the time of day. It is treated (temporarily) by opening the door from the inside and presenting a key card to it. Asking for a fix did nothing.
………
Our patience was enough for five days. As soon as we announced that we were leaving much earlier, as if by magic, a cleaning lady appeared in the room, again she entered despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign. And the day before, I asked at the reception to send someone to clean the room (it was about 16.15), to which I was told that the staff works until 16.00 and the maximum that they can offer at the moment is a change of towels.
And then we went into the room at 19.00 (! ), and there the cleaning was in full swing! Out of nowhere appeared a comb, a toothbrush, a nail file, cotton buds and other little things that were "forgotten" during our settlement.
The conversation with the hotel manager took about an hour. Rather, not even a conversation, but my monologue about the above. After a year, we read the reviews, but suddenly .. .
