The staff is mostly not friendly, there is no animation in the hotel, the slides in the hotel work according to an incomprehensible pattern, referring to bad weather. Special attention deserves the food and the bar, or rather its absence ....no names of dishes ...a very poor assortment, there is no choice of hot dishes, the soup is disgusting, the kitchen is at zero. Bar...there is nothing to do there either, alcohol is very low quality and of dubious production, there is no choice either...not even a standard majito. The beach is huge and sharp cobblestones, the step is a pain, a very small and unkempt beach, there is no entertainment. I went with my 14-year-old son and a friend ....children, like adults, have nothing to do there ....boring and not interesting. From fruit slices of orange and apples.
We were settled in a 2-bed room and additionally put a cot. The view from the room is certainly beautiful if it were not for the construction site, the noise at the construction site started at 9 am. Asked questions to the staff where the food and animation, we were told that they opened 10 days ago! But the service should not suffer, the beginning, middle or end of the season!! ! The first day we were loyal....we attributed everything to the flight and fatigue....on the second day we started ringing the bells....realizing that this is not rest, but torment! We contacted the tour operator and wrote a complaint, we were given a choice of two hotels at no extra charge. Regarding the Tez Tour, they do not have online information about what is happening in hotels, of course, Turkish guides do not transmit real information about hotels and this is a huge minus. This hotel does not pull even 3ku. So when choosing a hotel, you need to take into account seasonality ...as it turned out, not all hotels are ready to receive guests.
We are very upset by the choice of this hotel and of course we understand that it is impossible to protect ourselves from such "impressions". I repeat the tour operator does not own the information.
