We took a ticket to the hotel spontaneously, and went only for 4 nights. I read the reviews, but they were both super positive and super negative (accepting the condition, reviews are often written under the order), so we decided to see for ourselves and just in case something happens, draw the appropriate conclusions for the future.
Probably the most excellent thing that was in the hotel - its location - 5-10 minutes walk to the sea, the nearest cafes, market-shops. And at the same time, it was not particularly noisy on our street. Yes, they don’t have their own beach, you have to wallow on a public one, BUT! it is no different from hotel beaches! (and you can’t compare with our beaches at all! ), threw your towel and lie on it or pay for a place on a sun lounger under an umbrella (on the beach it costs $ 5, and through the hotel reception to buy $ 2 per person for the whole day - come lie down, leave, and then come back with the same ticket). The beach is pebbly. pebbles are good medium bulk, of course you can walk without flip flops (like we do), but it’s better to put on something when entering the sea and going ashore. The places are generally beautiful - mountains, greenery, etc.
Now about the hotel itself.

1. Rooms. We arrived at 12 at night. We were placed (guard on duty Ibrahim, a pleasant good man according to a pre-allocated check-in plan) on the 1st floor, room 403. The impression was not ice. The room is small although the bed is comfortable. "Built-in" wardrobe. He has a mirror and a table with drawers. The balcony overlooked, as it were, the backyard, the mountains. Beautiful flowering bushes, a palm tree grew nearby. Towels (it is forbidden to take with you to the beach or to the pool) and the bed is clean, although it will leak any minute))) On the first day, leaving for a walk, we left a dollar for the maid - they cleaned it all three days and sooo diligently. Bath... Toilet... Or rather, 2 in one. A small room - a sink with a mirror, turned around - a toilet bowl, two steps and a shower sticks straight out of the wall)) Water accumulates on the floor, then flows into two drain holes... I will say so, my husband and I are unpretentious people, we need a number to sleep, pay off and then walk around the neighborhood. Therefore, get used to the soul too. Considering the cheap price of our last minute package and the fact that we only hung out for 3 days. We asked to be moved to another room on the 1st day... Having broken down, the Russian-speaking guy from the reception (Yashir-Yasha) took us to the top floor - the room was a little larger and the shower in the bathroom was enclosed by glass. A view of the hotel square, the old roof. . . In short, they didn't change the needle for soap, deciding that our room wins, and even more so, they asked for a surcharge (between us girls) of $ 20. There were no cockroach insects as they wrote in other reviews, of course they saw them on the street near the balcony, and naturally they could get into the room - 1st floor, the balcony is open, there are bushes and trees nearby. So it's all right.
Condor works fine. TV shows 2 Russian channels - music and the first.
2. The pool is small, it seems to be clean, it works until 19.00, but the sunbeds around it are dirty, covered with sticky leaves from the trees that grow above them... WELL, it’s not very pleasant to lie on them. We never swam in the pool, although people splashed in it often and a lot. There is no animation.
3. Feeding. Hmm....3 stars, what can I say, we were generally abroad for the first time... So it's normal. And then on the 3rd day we were all the time outside the hotel - we ate in a cafe (a la McDonald's) - 2 cola and a big pizza for our money 260 rubles, ice cream - 1 piece 18 rubles. + fruits from the market cherry 60r kg, tomatoes 18r kg, peaches 60r kg, etc. Food in hotels is monotonous - sausages, chicken was fried 1 time, fish 1 time, vegetable salads... you won’t stay hungry, but soy sausage too bothers. Service standards. The waiters work, the bar too - beer, light lemonade, wine - beee... We didn’t even try vodka. They bought rum in a dutik, simmered it in the evenings, and sit at a table on the site of the hotel. Contingent - a lot of Turks and Nenets in the hotel rest. The evening-night is rotten, they united in campaigns among vacationers according to interests or booze)))
IN GENERAL, considering that the hotel was built in 198. . . some year, and that it is 3 stars. . . and that we only stayed there for 3 days. . . Everything was tolerable, but next time we will not go there anyway let's go, and I advise you 3 stars if you look, then take into account the options for other hotels !! !
