I applied to St. Petersburg travel agencies (in the city center) with my urgent application: I WANT - warm sea, sun, comfortable hotel, spa and gym... For the first half of October, up to 100t. r. alone. I don't want to - noise, extreme and risks. Three of the four agencies did not hear, they did not call back at the coordinates left and did not send their proposals. In the fourth, Turkey was advised to me!
I am 55 and have been traveling the world for over 30 years but have never been to Turkey. Well, it didn't happen.
From St. Petersburg to Alanya, Kimer, pos. Gyuynuk, hotel "KILIKYA PALACE GOYNUK" 5 stars (! ), STANDARD SIDE SEA VIEW / Single room, H. C. AI meals. In order:
Resort Kimer - picturesque, many bays, mountains, coniferous forest. Architectural eclecticism is low-rise and not simple. Traders are not intrusive, almost Europeans, but it is necessary to bargain as in the east.

The hotel is a solid 4-rka (in my experience, compared to Mediterranean resorts). The entrance group is cozy and moderately pretentious. Recently passed (fresh) redecoration, the territory is not big but cozy. New and old buildings look at two pools, greenery, a children's playground, a stage, an open bar.
Room with a balcony (side sea view), spacious with a claim to minimalism with a bar and a safe, but without a bathrobe, rug, ear sticks and other small joys of a real 5 star.
The SPA center is not cheap, without chic, but of high quality (cosmitologists and masseurs are professionals). I bought 7 massages and 1 facial there for 300 euros, and a bathhouse, 2 saunas, a cold pool and a gym - for free.
The food is plentiful, simple, not fancy, but I liked the abundance of fresh herbs and the ability to creatively mix them to my liking. Didn't see seafood and rarely good sea fish. For vegs herbal paradise. The separate "sweet" room for getting fat was excellent.
Beach - pebbles and sand, paths, pier, dirty mattresses and sun loungers, but very large awnings from the sun. Everywhere is clean and comfortable, especially in the bar.
Service sufficient for a solid four. But the room was cleaned to "leave me alone", although I left it for tea... (either cigarette butts on the balcony, then circles on the table, then dirty glasses). Hackers are everywhere. I was especially surprised that for 8 nights the bed was never changed.
I liked the country, the people and the hotel, but without enthusiasm, there is something to compare with. The Russian-speaking tourists were pleasantly surprised: most of them speak English, I didn’t see any drunken screams (especially fights), all are polite and pleasant introverts. Perhaps this is a feature of the public in not cheap hotels, or Russians have grown culturally on foreign holidays.
