Good day to all! I hope my review will be useful in your choice of hotel! We rested together from 21.05. -31.05. 12y. After reading laudatory reviews on the Internet, the choice was made in favor of this hotel. Below are the strengths and weaknesses of the hotel, and the choice is yours)
Pros:
1. First line by the sea.
2. Beautiful territory (though small).
3. Clean beach.
Minuses:
1. Very old rooms (the furniture is old, patches are sewn on the curtains in some places, some of the sockets are turned inside out with wires, the shelves for towels in the bathroom fall off, fungus is visible in the bathroom, there are stains on the walls, etc. ).
2. The service does not correspond to the 5 * class (2.1. in the restaurant you need to look for a waiter for 5-10 minutes in order to get cutlery and drinks. Also, the waiters try their best to avoid you (although we tried to leave a tip and smile as much as possible). 2.2. the staff is weak understands English: the main languages are Turkish and German, 2.3.
the guest relation manager is rarely at his desk. 2.4. the assortment of the night buffet does not correspond to the declared one - only one soup. 2.5. night service from 24-00 to 07-00 is disgusting. In my opinion, the price for this hotel is higher than the price for an average Turkish hotel 5 *, but for a number of services it reaches 4 *. The second time I will definitely not go to Cilicia.
