Pros:

1. First line by the sea.

2. Beautiful territory (though small).

3. Clean beach.

Minuses:

1. Very old rooms (the furniture is old, patches are sewn on the curtains in some places, some of the sockets are turned inside out with wires, the shelves for towels in the bathroom fall off, fungus is visible in the bathroom, there are stains on the walls, etc. ).


2. The service does not correspond to the 5 * class (2.1. in the restaurant you need to look for a waiter for 5-10 minutes in order to get cutlery and drinks. Also, the waiters try their best to avoid you (although we tried to leave a tip and smile as much as possible). 2.2. the staff is weak understands English: the main languages ​ ​ are Turkish and German, 2.3.

3. The construction of the second building is underway. The degree of completion is approximately 90%. In fairness, it must be said that there is not much noise from the construction site. But still, watching the excavator from the beach is not very pleasant.

4. The hotel staff is very persistent in offering paid services (peeling, massage are offered 4-5 times a day. In the kids club, children paint the wall clock, and then the animators send them to their parents, they say, if you want to keep them for yourself, pay extra $ 15, and there are many similar examples, but too lazy to paint).

5. Ice cream is given for some reason only for dinner. What's the point?
In the evening, when it is already cool, having eaten tightly, cram ice cream into yourself? Why not at lunchtime like in other hotels? Apparently save : ).

7. Evening shows are only skits (sketches) of the animation team. No imported shows, everything is very monotonous. The only positive is that on Sundays there is live music by the pool. At the same time, all the animators rest on Sunday, that is, no games, competitions, the mini-club does not work.

8. Restaurant A la carte (Italian) became paid $5. Our neighbor (a guy from Moscow) got poisoned in it.


9. Many rooms do not have a direct sea view. As stated on the sites - 90% of the rooms are Sea view. That is, you need to go out onto the balcony, lean on the railing, and move forward about half the torso, then perhaps you will see the sea.
Some of the rooms overlook the wall of the building. They are settled mainly by Russians and Ukrainians with small children.

10. Very noisy hotel disco nearby (like Fame Residance). Its noise does not allow you to fall asleep until 1-2 am (I did not note the exact time).

It seems that the owners of the hotel are trying to save as much as possible on the service and earn on additional paid services. In my opinion, the price for this hotel is higher than the price for an average Turkish hotel 5 *, but for a number of services it reaches 4 *. The second time I will definitely not go to Cilicia.
