Hello everybody!
We rested at the Kilikya Palace Hotel from June 8 to 21, I would like to share my impressions, and you already decide whether to go to this hotel or not.
The Kilikya Palace hotel itself is not bad, but it has its pluses and minuses, and the minuses are mostly the policy of the hotel management.
We were two couples with children about 3 years old.

We chose Pegas for the flight, I don’t recommend it, the flight was delayed for 3 hours back for a day, so we had to move to another hotel, and with small children these transfers are quite problematic, it’s better to pay extra money and fly with comfort Tez Tour or ANEX TOUR. And the representatives of these companies themselves worked better in the hotel. Due to the flight delay, we arrived at the hotel in the evening towards the end of dinner, i. the day we paid for was lost. And the check-in did not go without incident, the rooms for which we paid turned out to be occupied, how Pegas books it is not clear, and the management is indifferent to this moment, they don’t care what is written in the contract and that extra money was paid for Elite Rooms, the answer is simple, the hotel is full and there are no free rooms. I was persistent enough but the issue could not be resolved. The representative of Pegas - Polina generally took no position. Decide for yourself. Therefore, pay attention to what rooms you pay for and which ones you book, because there you don’t want to solve these issues on vacation. The only plus point was that they gave us a room with a sea view. The hotel has two buildings №1 and №2. The second building is newer, built in 2012, the new furniture is all beautiful, in principle, as in the photographs. With children, I recommend to settle in it, it is quieter and calmer, it has its own restaurant and there are fewer people in it.
In general, the Kilikya Palace hotel is for families with children, since it is for them that there is a lot of animation, wonderful children's pools, a playground, and a children's disco every day. Many thanks to the animation team, they worked tirelessly every day for something new for both children and adults, and a show program, and invited groups, and live music, and a disco on the beach, in short, you won’t be bored.
As for the food, special thanks to the cooks, they cook very tasty, the food is varied, several types of meat (liver stew, chicken, beef) there is always fish, soups, oriental sweets, a lot of fruits, pastries, if something runs out, it is always replenished, and although we were with small children, food has never been a problem. Personally, my child is allergic, and so, there I forgot what an allergy is, although the child ate both sweets and ice cream and drank juices.
Another plus of the hotel, the sea is very close and it is clean, despite the waves, the water is always sky blue, there is a mound of sand on the beach so that the kids calmly play in the sand and get a therapeutic massage walking on pebbles.
In the end, I want to say, of course, you need to go with a positive attitude, then nothing will spoil your vacation. Everyone has a good rest and good mood.
