In Larisa, we decided to relax spontaneously - I saw a good price, and decided to fly with my daughter. I didn’t expect anything special from the hotel, the reviews were average, 2 years ago we rested in a hotel in the Republic of Belarus - the price was 300 euros higher...
And in Turkey in a 4 * hotel I was for the first time.
But the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Yes, the main contingent of vacationers are Russians, a few Kazakhs, Ukrainians, Turks....There is animation, and it is not intrusive. In the morning, exercises on the beach, yoga by the pool, aqua aerobics, volleyball, water polo....In the evening, first for the children on the big screen the cartoon "Masha and the Bear", then a mini disco, after it there were more competitions for children and almost every day there was a foam party . Children are delighted. And after the children's there were shows for adults: belly dance, karaoke, competitions "Women against men", discos, etc. Evening animation takes place on the stage, which is located on the summer terrace of the restaurant. Therefore, if you came to dinner later, there will be no more places, because. who has eaten is already waiting at the table for the show.

Breakfasts are varied, but if there were croissants or some pastries for coffee, it would be even better. You can use the coffee machine, take tea and water in the cooler throughout the day all the time. In the bar, you can take alcoholic drinks for free until 22:00. I didn’t try beer, but you could drink Baileys and whiskey-cola, and the bartenders also made good cocktails.
At lunch, there was some kind of soup, always the same. The chicken was daily, there were giblets, navels with vegetables and something like nuggets - round not sharp, chopsticks - sharp.
By the beginning of dinner, a large beautiful delicious cake was brought out, which was distributed in portions, as well as something like jelly or multi-colored soufflé in wine glasses and glasses. Once they gave delicious baklava, and so all the same type of pies (the child did not like it). Of the fruits were watermelons, melons, plums, peaches, pears, oranges, cherries, grefruits.
At 4:30 p. m. there was a snack - buns, cookies and fried so-called empty a la whites (without meat).
The hotel rooms are small. Basically, without surcharges, they settle in bungalows. There are three of them. Two with access through the balcony and one with rooms opposite (I don’t recommend this building, many of them move on the second night - it’s very noisy - 5 maids shout loudly to each other, adults are noisy until 3 am, and children fly along the corridor from 6 morning. . . ). We survived 2 nights in it... No problem for 20 USD. relocated to the main building, and we moved to another bungalow at no extra charge. There is a beautiful view of the mountains on the upper floors, but I was resting alone with the child, and there are large holes on the balcony into which the child can easily climb, so for safety reasons I mainly choose the 1st floor. We were moved to a distant bungalow - it is much quieter there and close to the playground - while I was changing clothes, the child calmly waited for me there. And most importantly, the rooms there are bigger and fresher. But, keep in mind, there are no refrigerators in the entire building - we didn’t need it.

There are also rooms above the reception - but many complained that they didn’t clean it at all and they were very noisy - at the bottom of the show, music until late. But the rooms are good. We were cleaned daily, shampoo and soap were added, swans were spun several times.
Wi-fi is free at the reception and sometimes caught in the restaurant. I managed to use Facebook and Viber, but I couldn’t check my mail (and not only me).
The pool is not big, and there are few sunbeds near it (40 pieces). At noon, when water aerobics was held, and the slide was turned on, it was a bit crowded, but some of them also swam on mattresses.
We walked 4 minutes to the sea - from the hotel on the left you need to cross 2 roads. They always found a free sun lounger, although they came at different times.
The entrance to the sea is rocky, but paths are cleared from the pontoon on both sides, and it is not very difficult to enter, but still safety shoes are required. I bought it for myself on the 3rd day (I took the child from home). There are a lot of sunbeds in the green - people cut their legs on sharp stones, such as "coral" you can buy from 1 USD.
Rest were satisfied. Children like it there, I met a lot of people that they have been coming to the hotel for more than a year. On the beach, I talked with vacationers from the Larisa Garden hotel - they were not happy, but we did not meet with a negative attitude. And Laris in Kemer 3 or 4 - do not confuse, this one is the best, located opposite the Rixos Hotel.
As for a budget holiday with children - feel free to choose this hotel. But, as for a vacation with my husband - I will choose a hotel of a higher category (he needs a greater variety of meat ; -) and a minimum of animation. (THX : -*).
