Larissa Inn is the worst hotel we have ever spent in Turkey. I have never seen such hotels and such rudeness from the hotel staff in Turkey. This hotel just spoils the image of hospitable Turkey. Whoever travels to this country for the first time after such impressions from Larisa Ying will probably no longer want to return to Turkey at all.
So, I'll start in order. They brought us at 16:00, we were met by 2 administrators, a man and a woman who do not respect their guests at all. We and our parents began to offer economy rooms, and we had a standard with an extra bed. In this economy, you can’t even put a cot, and if you try hard and stuff it, as the administrator suggested to us, then it’s generally impossible to get through. We did not have time after viewing the room, they started to offer us a slightly better room for $ 20 to come to the reception. But as we found out that we were for 12 nights, the amount began to grow rapidly to $ 40. But they saw the voucher immediately that we were for 12 nights.
At the same time, these 2 administrators began to yell at us and poke us with their printed piece of paper, and assure us that this is the standard number. As soon as we expressed our dissatisfaction with the price, negativity immediately rained down on us. We always film our holidays for our son's channel. These "hospitable administrators" saw our phone and pulled it out of our hands and started rummaging through the phone and deleting videos where they extort money from us. Then, when we began to threaten them with the police, they began to send us "to x", to jo and that we are fools and all this is in Russian. Here is a link to how they met us. https://youtu. be/2mmMI73OR3c I was brought to tears by this meeting. And our children received psychological trauma from these inadequate administrators. At 18:00, my husband only managed to negotiate a room on the 4th floor for $20. And the parents paid $30 for the room. The mood was completely ruined. And I wanted to fly home.

At night, while I was sitting and trying to access their high-speed Internet, I saw a picture of how our psycho administrator and hotel manager took out vouchers and money for hotel guests for rooms. They sat in their office and were not even embarrassed that we see it. They counted the money very carefully and compared it with vouchers all the time. Then they photographed it all and put the money in an envelope. I concluded from this situation that the owner of the hotel allows them to extort money and communicate with guests in this way and all this money for the rooms goes to him. And what good service can be here?

Now about food. Food is something. Overview of a dirty hotel. https://youtu. be/vMMPX6Ig9N8 Flies are just everywhere, the food is not covered-weathered and with flies. I tried to take the sausage, but it was already with some stains. The plates are very dirty, for breakfast I got a plate with pieces of rice from dinner. Soup stained spoons.
The plates are so dirty that wet wipes do not help to wipe them. The first time we did not eat tomatoes in Turkey, they just smelled of rottenness and not only from tomatoes. When we entered the dining room, even a little nauseated from this smell. They transport food by elevator, they have a kitchen or warehouse in the basement. The stench is just terrible there and it was generally impossible to ride in this elevator. Everything is sticky, dirty and smelly. There was nothing to feed the child for breakfast. They were running out of something all the time. They put muesli, but there is no milk, otherwise there is no normal muesli. Once she could not stand it and asked the head of the kitchen where the milk was. His answer killed me, he said "milk is ready. " Then they took out this “ready milk”, I started pouring it to the child, and the milk stank of very bleach, I didn’t pour it anymore.

These are still flowers: When I was in charge of the kitchen, I don’t know his name, he constantly swept food from the dusty table into his hand and put them back into the plates, and the most disgusting moment was when he again put the cheese that had fallen on the floor to the cheeses. In response to my remarks, he shrugged and pretended not to understand what I was saying to him. There were always queues in the dining room, we came earlier, just to not stand for a very long time. I took buns a couple of times, it’s good that I carefully watched their food, the buns were moldy. I saw how they pulled out such buns from the trash can. A couple of times we got sick from their "fresh" food. When they brought food, they sorted these products right outside the hotel. And not at all fresh tomatoes were thrown under a tree, and so it lay under the sun for 4 days.
Cleaning in hotels is the same as the hotel itself - terrible. The floors were practically not cleaned at all, plates of food and bottles could stand for 3 days.
Everywhere dust and dirt, even our friends flies could not stand such cleanliness and died right on the windowsills. The rooms were also very poorly cleaned, the first time without a tip they didn’t even vacuum. After a tip a little better, but the dust remained everywhere, they wiped it themselves. The pool was also very dirty, from our room you could see how muddy it was. For 12 nights we did not dare to swim in it more than once. Although the child strongly asked, but health is above all.
One thing saved the mood - this is a wonderful Mediterranean Sea. But even here our hotel has excelled. The beach was very dirty and the garbage was removed very rarely compared to other hotels. Previously, a cafe on the beach was a joint Stella and Larisa in. But the owner of the hotel is a very stingy person and decided not to have 2 cafes and let the guests of the Larisa hotel go to drink water and go to the toilet (sorry) to the other end of the beach in Larisa Sultan. But somehow it is not very convenient for guests in the heat.
I will add at the end. It's just a shithole, not a hotel. People take care of your nerves and your health, except for a spoiled vacation, you will not get anything in Larisa Ying. I am very sorry that my family has been to this hell called LARISSA IN. How to get from the Larissa Inn to the Migros store https://youtu. be/SgO7W2OB_Nk
