I would like to share an EXTREMELY impression of a recent vacation, if you can call it that at the Larissa Inn Hotel 4 * Chamyuva Kemer.
They returned with their husband on August 23.2018, but the fire of indignation burns with a bright flame and does not subside.
I'll start from the beginning… We arrived at the hotel around 19h. by local time.
The Intourist guide, with whom we traveled, squinted his eyes slyly and asked me as he got off the bus: “Have you been to this hotel before??? ”. I answered that we were here for the first time, but I realized that the question was asked for a reason…. . And then our “rest” began.
The doors of the hotel did not close in the heat of 37 *, there are no air conditioners in the lobby. One fan is working. The heat and stuffiness is incredible. By the way, the doors did not work all 10 days of our stay.

We went to the Reception and put $20 in our passports and handed them to a boy of school age. (They put the money right away, because they read reviews about the sale of normal rooms). Apparently there was not enough money, and we were taken in a crap elevator to the 5th floor, under the roof, where there was absolutely nothing to breathe. Having opened the room, we were stunned and demanded to be relocated. We were offered a room on the 4th floor, on the northwest side. We settled.
There is no territory at the hotel at all!
The rooms are miserable. In the bathroom, the shower doors were broken, there was no gel, no shampoo at all, only liquid soap in the dispenser on the wall, and even then not in all rooms, as it turned out... The air conditioner was pre-revolutionary, the light bulb under the ceiling was miserable. The TV is tiny. Curtains are dirty, carpet is old and dirty. The air conditioner and the ventilation grill in the bathroom were NEVER cleaned!! ! The clothes dryer on the balcony is broken, as is the table.
Further more. We went to the dining room to have dinner. The horror continued.
There was absolutely nothing to eat, because. we did not come immediately to 19h, but by 20.30 and the tourists had already eaten everything. There were no forks for the entire stay. Tourists who did not have time to grab their forks ate with spoons, as if at a wake. The plates are dirty. In the kitchen, where dishes are washed and food is prepared, there is complete unsanitary conditions - dirt, flies, kitchen workers smoke there, spit on the floor.
Not once out of three times a day for 10 days in the dining room there was nothing to eat !! ! If you do not come and do not stand in line from the moment the dining room opens, then you will remain hungry. And standing in line is impossible, because. There is also no air conditioning in the dining room. People are trying to find something to eat all in a sweat...
The fish is terrible, bony, it is impossible to eat, chicken is a rare case, mostly offal - kidneys, hearts, even the liver was never there. In the morning, the cook once in 10 days fried unleavened pancakes and twice scrambled eggs. Greens are served unwashed, dirty, tomatoes and peppers are rotten.
I thought in horror every day, what were parents doing there with small children?
And this is a 4-star hotel…

Cleaning in the rooms was not even asked, because. theft is rampant in the hotel, the doors are closed on parole. Safes downstairs, not in the room, are paid and they are also not a panacea for robberies. We had a safe in the room, but it was supposedly not working, we were not offered to use it.
If they caught a cleaner next to the room, they asked us to clean the bathroom or clean the carpet in front of us.
The floors in the corridors, the hall, the dining room, the veranda were never washed, people could not take their feet off the oily and sweet floor, they fell with plates and chairs. I have never seen such unsanitary conditions in 15 years of traveling around the world, even in eastern countries.
Windows, mirrors are also dirty, it is clear that they have not been washed for more than a year! The elevators are ugly and dirty.
The hotel staff is a special topic. Young guys, impudent, can only extort money without embarrassment from tourists. Neither washing tables or floors, nor cleaning dishes, nor washing them, nor responding to the requests of tourists...... do none of this. But they eat in the dining room ahead of the vacationers, and smoke a hookah, folding their legs on the chairs on which we then sat !!!
Animation is a different story. I have never seen such misery. Music for dances of the 70s. Karaoke is so low quality, it's a shame. For children's discos - the same thing for 10 years.
Of the advantages of the hotel - the presence of hot water and four Russian channels - everything !!!
The hotel beach is dirty, not cleaned, looks like abandoned.

Separate words of indignation to the tour operator Intourist, who sends tourists to rest at the Larissa Inn Hotel Camyuva Kemer, positioning it as 4 *.
When we asked to move us to another hotel, the tour operator not only offered us 3 * hotels, not 4 *, so the hotel guide also demanded an additional payment of $ 600 !!!
The hotel guide Tahir is a loafer and a dishonest person who does not even post information about the departure for tourists, not to mention the requests and escort of tourists.

I would never have thought that Intourist is such a disgusting tour operator. (I compared how he talked and what the hotel guide of another well-known tour operator who worked in the same hotel offered).
