Rested from 19.08-25.08. 18. This is the worst hotel in my life! It's hell with shitty staff. Many thanks to INTOURIST AND THEIR USELESS GUIDE! Consumer Protection will take care of you.
We were settled at 15:00, departure was at 10:00. They refused to feed us until 19:00, even though we paid for the full guide! Everyone didn't care, the guide, INTURIST and even more so the hotel.
Number. Dirt, broken shower and faucet, balcony with a broken lock. I could not contain my emotions - I cried and screamed. The guide did not react that we were put in this closet. After the tantrums, the manager himself changed the number.
Wi-Fi. We were charged $15 upon check-in. Otherwise, they said you will remain without communication. He only fished in the lobby, they didn’t talk about it right away.
Food. Terrible!! ! We bought food. Broken, dirty dishes. The staff walks around without a uniform and touches appliances with their bare hands. Food is brought from another hotel. There is no kitchen. Cold waste. . .
Alcohol. Raki, beer, powdered wine and liqueurs. Gin and vodka until 13:00 or from 20:00-22:00. We bought alcohol, water in the room too.
Music near the pool is turned off at 17:00 along with the only slide. At 22:00, bleach is poured. Near the pool is dirty, the dishes are cleaned very rarely.
I had a DR. They offered me a cake for $40 and 3 roses for $20. Low bow!
There are a lot of leftist Turks in the hotel. Someone's friends. . . get drunk, dance, swim in the pool. Someone from the management arrives - they rub their glasses (vacationers drink from plastic) and put on shirts for them.
Beach. Dirty, bad beds. Snack bar 15min from the beach. Nothing but water and yuppies??????????? ? neighbor fours eat and drink nearby!!!
