Good afternoon.

When choosing a hotel, I focus on the reviews of tourists and the rating of the hotel on the sites, but I have not yet had to write a review myself.
Rizzi Otel shocked me to the point that I signed up for this review. I will make a reservation right away - this is not the first time in Turkey. Rested with family from 04.09. 2012 to 11.09. 2012. Me, husband, mother and small child 1 year and 7 months.

1. Settlement.

We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 in the morning, check-in takes place as elsewhere at 14:00. At the reception, the boy was given a bottle of Khortytsia, he sent us to breakfast and settled us within 15 minutes. Room 324 on the fourth floor overlooking the pool. A few days later realized that this is not the worst option. When the child was put to sleep at night, the music was almost inaudible, with the balcony closed. But I think that rooms with mountain views are better because there is no such sun during the day and music is not heard at all in the evenings. When we entered the room, it had a terrible persistent smell of cigarettes. Mood immediately dropped below zero.
Very upset carpet with greasy stains underfoot. I was afraid to let the child get out of bed without slippers.
The hotel has problems with hot water, it does not always happen, on the first day from the road the child was bathed in cool water. The guide from Anex Tour, Yusuf, explained that the water is heated in tanks in the sun, and that if the tourists drained all the hot water, then only cold water comes out.

2. Nutrition.
Of the fruits, only apples, pears and peaches - that's all, nothing else, no berries. Only the peaches were delicious. Cotton apples. Pears are green. There were also watermelons and melons, but not sweet ones.
Vegetables - tomatoes, cucumbers and grass, no other fresh vegetables appeared. All that will be for lunch and dinner is a processed breakfast or past lunch and dinner. Food combinations are often odd. for example: fried potatoes with soy sausage and pickles, seasoned with mayonnaise. Many dishes were served for 4 days.
The boiled green peas once were already with mucus and smelled of sourness, I realized when I ate a spoon: (, The chef went out every day, I didn’t like that without a form,
just in an apron over sweatpants and a T-shirt. Or smoked or controlled paverrenks on the grill.
Desserts - wet biscuit, sand, jelly and semolina pies, from 5 to 7 types every day.
Drinks like yupi (you can try, but with frequent use heartburn and colic), instant coffee, tea in teapots tastes like hay, herbal tea bags are delicious.
Bar - cola, fanta, sprite and local alcohol (vodka, gin, crayfish, white and red wine - you can drink.

3. Cleanliness and decoration of the hotel.
The hotel is very dirty, dust and dirt can be seen with the naked eye, everything is greasy. Sheets, pillows, towels - obviously a very old use, everything already has a gray washed out look, towels are full of holes, when they moved in they gave only 2 towels, although there were three adults + a small child.

We were looking for a cleaner for a long time to get a third towel, a towel was given for a child.
The curtains and bedspreads on the bed smell of dust and have obviously never been washed. All the furniture in the hotel with peeling edges, cracks, worn and shabby. The carpet was not vacuumed even once in 7 days, sand and all sorts of dirt were visible on it.
It was evident that the cleaning lady came every day because the beds were made, but nothing changed and nothing was washed.
The shower is screwed high to the wall, in order to wash a one and a half year old child, you had to get into the shower with him and wash with four hands (one holds, the second washes), it is very inconvenient if something was washed in the washbasin. The shower itself was leaking from below, the foot towel served as a water mop.
The air conditioning worked with the balcony door closed.
The hotel building is 6-storey, there are only three elevators, the central one was clearly broken a long time ago. The left wing worked for 3 days of our stay and then broke down. Nobody was in a hurry to fix it.
Basically (due to the presence of a baby stroller) they used the elevator in the right wing, near the smelly kitchen basement. Or they walked. You can stand on the elevator doors and look at the prints of greasy fingers, in other things, as well as on the mirrors and on the chairs in the dining room. In the closed dining room, there are red tablecloths on the tables, they are not washed, they are simply brushed off with a brush, greasy and stained.

4. Beach
On the beach, the mattresses on the sunbeds are old, scary and torn, the sunbeds themselves are ALL broken. The lack of sunbeds is such that my mother had to get up at 7 in the morning to go and take the sunbeds before breakfast, putting our towels on them.
Many occupied the sunbeds in the morning but didn’t come to the beach during the day and lay by the pool, it was terribly annoying, outright rudeness, because then there was no place for others and they had to lie on the rocks.

Slovaks, Czechs and Germans mostly rested in the hotel (they were surprised at their choice of the hotel), they were shocked by the lack of sunbeds most of all, they often quarreled with their guide, because only he understood Slovak, but to no avail.
Beach NU! very small, there are umbrellas 5 pieces for 5 pieces (crooked and oblique), probably 20 meters in length, there is a booth with water, a shower and trash cans. The caretaker, who worked part-time selling juices and corn, didn't care much for the beach.

5. Animation.
They rarely appeared, but personally it didn’t bother me, I don’t like noise, especially when I was resting with a little. child. Only three animators - a guy and two girls, mostly gathered a team for volleyball on the beach. There was a closed children's corner, which apparently functioned earlier. No games or entertainment for children. Once there was live music, nice keyboard, not boom-boom.

6. Pool
There are two pools, a large one and a small one, the small one for children is separated from the big one by a fence.
The water is cloudy, there is some kind of image at the bottom, but you can’t make it out so the water is not transparent.
My child and I did not swim, my husband and mother swam once, they said the water is not very chlorinated.
There is one slide, there were also umbrellas, everything is clean.

7. Staff.
The only plus is the efficient staff and waiters. They clean the dishes and napkins from the tables with lightning speed, the bartenders are also polite and fast, in general, all the staff are hardworking and fast. But the absence of any form was annoying, all of them were somehow crumpled and sloppy in their appearance.

8. Trips.
After reading the reviews, I saw that many praise Ginza Travel and the manager Said, we decided to find him, found him and immediately left, Said is a boor and a rude person. Then, passing by him when they went to the market, every time he clung and pestered.
Let's go on an excursion Demre-Mira-Kekova-St. Nicholas Church from Pipo Tour, the manager Mustafa is very pleasant and unobtrusive.
Guide Oksana, it was a pleasure to listen, very competent speech and a lot of interesting historical facts. Everyone LOVED it. I sincerely recommend! ! !

9. Sea.

The sea is good, but I can’t say that it’s crystal clear, when we rested in Kemer itself (although the beaches are in the bay there) we could see the bottom near the buoys at a depth of 4-5 meters, for some reason it was cloudy in Camyuva. Entry into the sea is not very convenient, large pebbles and very small shell rock, they tried to swim in special. silicone slippers - difficult because of the shell rock.

10. Chamyuva.
Camyuva really liked it, small and cozy, all the markets are round little patches - convenient. We walked a lot with a stroller while the child was sleeping, we found a supermarket with a cash register far from the beach closer to the mountains (behind the mosque), everything is much cheaper. Bought a lot there and were very happy with it. We will definitely come back here again, but not in Rizzi!

There are many other "wonderful" nuances, but I would like to state only the essence.
Rizzi Otel cannot be a four star hotel and it's a shame that it is misleadingly labeled as such. Now it's a trio.
We met many tourists who came specially to Rizzi for the second time, they said that last year everything was not so bad
and from the change of conditions (the owner changed) they were in the same shock as we are.

Thank you for your attention. I will answer all questions.
