Immediately all Belarusians, Ukrainians are shoved into a 2-storey damp building. Where are the economy rooms. But they settle in the basement and those who paid the standard. Be careful. A very unpleasant moment with the settlement. At the reception, they seem to be indifferent to everything. The air conditioner did not work for 2 days and asked to be fixed. We went 8 times in a whole day. Just not the first time in Turkey. I have never seen such indifference anywhere. But this is how hotels are. Standing at the reception, zero attention to you. Although they speak norms in Russian. The Turks approach immediately changes their attitude towards them. And their rooms are all normal booked. That's a huge minus for this.
The hotel was full. Half of the guests are locals.
Lots of food. Crazy queues. Lots of broken dishes. Forks and plates were missing. And the air conditioning in the restaurant does not work well.

On the balcony 2 times I caught huge cockroaches. The beach is not very clean. They don't pick up very well. Here are the global downsides.
Everything else I liked everything. There were few in the room. They cleaned up well. Not bad pools, slides, animation, green territory. Clean and warm sea. A lot of food. Eat and drink all day.
The main plus for me is that the children did not get sick. So the holiday was a success.
