Rested in July, two families (and 1 child 6 years old). The hotel is really 4, and then for the first line and the green area.
So:
- the hotel is all in cracks, the plaster is crumbling between the floors, the furniture is old, worn out, wi-fi worked poorly, even when there were a couple of three vacationers.
- the rooms are old, painted in a hurry, there are paint streaks everywhere, the plumbing is "dead" in the bathroom, there is a fungus everywhere (there is a photo, if anyone is interested I will drop it on @), there was a hole in the blanket (4-5 cm, they refused to replace it), the refrigerator practically did not cool (refused to repair or change), the second room was the same + cond. did not want to cool.
- cuisine - a separate issue))) all food is either not tasty or peppered and oversalted. I'm not nitpicking, but it was really difficult to choose, although there were quite a few of them. The child was hardly fed, fortunately on the second day they began to give really tasty milk porridge (many mothers complained). Salads are fresh, BUT, in the afternoon or in the evening MIXES (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers) were sour, it seemed that the morning half-eaten tomatoes and cucumbers were mixed into a mix for dinner, + for the evening! The famous cream soups were every day, BUT, one day they were really tasty (even the child ate with appetite), on the second day they were so spicy that I, a lover of "light", could not eat it! Of the fruits, there were all the time only melon, watermelon, plums, apples, grapefruit and orange. In coffee machines (there were 5 of them), coffee was often missing, the machine made hot water with the smell of aromatic coffee : )), tea bags were in abundance. Juice machines made them very rich (like syrup). There are a lot of alcohol drinks, there is a choice, you can drink.
+ territory - : )), green, many tall palm trees, cleaned, pools are good, clean (+ slides), the kids club is excellent, in the evenings there is a mini disco, the child ran with pleasure, animators 5 out of 5. There is a beautiful view of the mountains around.
+ the beach is the first line, there is a pier, the sea is clean and very warm, there are a lot of sun loungers, there is a shadow, BUT : ), the beach is not cleaned well, a lot of cigarette butts and plastic dishes. I had to voice at the Reception.
From the reviews of vacationers (were 3 times in Phaselis Princes), last year the kitchen was very good, but this year the hotel was rented to the Larissa "Phaselis Princes" chain, probably they didn’t bother with the rooms and the kitchen)))
Conclusion: if they put the rooms and the kitchen in order, it’s definitely worth going. I would come again!
