1. Tour operator: TPG.
Unlike other tour operators, our representative was seen once at the “introductory briefing”. His task is to intimidate the tourist so that, God forbid, he does not take a tour from someone else. Shopping tour to Antalya turned out to be a complete scam. They were taken (more than an hour away) to three stores (gold-textile-leather) with crazy prices even with their so-called discounts. As they later explained to us, these are not consumer goods shopping centers, but elite stores (ha ha). At the meeting, we were told that the prices there are two times lower than in the shops near the hotel. In fact, they were twice as high. In response to a remark about a non-working air conditioner, they promised to tell at the reception!! ! But they ask for a reward regularly at the slightest occasion.
2. Hotel.

A) settlement. Since the flight instead of 9 o'clock in the morning took off at 16-00, then, accordingly, we arrived at the hotel at 20-45. We were put on bracelets and sent to dinner, after which we were settled. We were given a room in the main building. The entire check-in took a maximum of 5 minutes - I filled out the form.
B) Number. If you do not take into account the food, the hotel is no better than the three in Krakow and it is very far from the four of the Danubius chain in Budapest. But the fact that it is not the first freshness does not mean that the room does not need to be cleaned. Room cleaning is one thing. A piece of polyethylene from unpacking the suitcase after cleaning remained lying in the same place where it had fallen before. Since water drains VERY badly in the bathroom (the reaction at the reception after treatment is zero), all the dirt settles on the walls and does not disappear after cleaning. True, the beds were made - and thanks for that. First I left $1, and then I saw the service and stopped. For three days we lived without air conditioning - it works stupidly like a fan. On the third day, my wife made sure that they came and “repaired” the air conditioner (as I understand it, they opened the cold air damper). And we are still lucky. In rooms 6xx and 7xx it was worse - this is a 2-storey building next to the main building. But most of all, those who were settled in “apartments” 1.5 km away were unlucky.
B) the beach. Arriving after breakfast (about 8 o'clock) on the beach, you will find the remnants of the evening feast of vacationers (who are eating up ants) and full bins of yesterday's garbage. On the last day, a broken sun lounger lay around until 11 o'clock, until it was taken away. Cleaning of the territory near the pool is also started no earlier than 8 o’clock, when people are already settled on sun loungers. The fact that it is clean where they do not litter is not true for our people, unfortunately. There are a lot of garbage pots on the beach, but not everyone gets to them from a sun lounger.
D) a restaurant. It was enough for us - there was always a salad (various cuts) with a piece of meat. There were many fruits, but a little greenish. From 12-00 on the beach you can eat no worse than in the main restaurant.

D) eviction. We handed over the room at 11-45 without questions. We didn't take off our bracelets, so we had a farewell dinner. They offered a locker room of the fitness room for changing clothes if we go to swim again.
