Hello! I must say right away that we did not expect a super hotel, but it does not even justify its money.
Last year we were in Alanya, this year we decided to try something new, the choice fell on Kemer. Again, we wanted Ultra All Inclusive, and at an affordable price, which is why we chose this hotel. I don’t read reviews on principle, because how many people, so many opinions, you can’t please everyone.
We arrived on 3.08 at 23.30 at night, settled right after we ate the night soup (which was not very good). The guard took our things and took us to an additional building. We knew that we would live here, we promised the conditions exactly the same as in the main building, and a view of the sea. The distance did not frighten us, because last year we also lived in another hotel in an additional building, and everything was exactly the same as in the main one, even better, which is why we chose the second line. But this is not the second line, but about the fourth) They brought us to this building, it smelled terribly everywhere, as if a bunch of cats had gone to the toilet. The building resembles a motel in the style of Soviet Cuba, nothing to do with a 5 * hotel. Near each room there was an ashtray, because of this it stank of cigarettes very much. The door is closed with a regular key, the locks are old, they do not close well. The air conditioner works like it's about to take off. The shower is a generally incomprehensible structure that did not succumb to my manipulations, so after the flight I had to swim on my haunches under the main tap. There were only 3 towels - for the face, body and legs, i. e. for one person. There were 2 beds, we moved them, but they kept moving apart. The mini-fridge does not open properly because the door rests on the bed. Places are very small, just very. The view from the balcony is a separate issue, a view of the chicken coop, without exaggeration, an ordinary rural yard with roosters and other birds, where is the promised sea view? ) There is a "cafe" on the ground floor where you can taste beer and gnawed fruit, which stayed after dinner at the main hotel. The pool is open until 17.00, then a person pours bleach and goes home, which is why there is so little work. Again, it stinks. We spent the night somehow, all night we collected the bed, which was moving around, and in the morning we went to the main building to move in (with a surcharge, of course). It turned out that some people even paid for the main building, and they were settled in this... At the reception they immediately said that they did not decide anything, but only the tour operator (here at the reception they do not decide anything at all). At breakfast, I was also struck by the food: rotten kiwis, and the same fruits that were not eaten for dinner. Our Guide from Anekstur Alexandra suggested several options, called nearby hotels, found a place in one, we paid extra and moved, fortunately. Therefore, many thanks to Alexandra for a good stay in another hotel. We met acquaintances who stayed in the main building, so they said that the room was also terrible. My advice is to pay more right away, but choose a normal hotel so that it doesn’t work out like ours.
