Ужаснейший отель Terrible hotel

My husband and I bought a tour back in February 2019 at the Larissa Phaselis Princess tour for two at the end of May. The Annex tour operator is the worst tour possible. If you are now choosing tours and planning to order it from them, change your mind before it’s too late, because even though their price is the most budgetary, they won’t provide you with a good rest. We were settled in the APART room , without warning that this building with apart rooms is located 1.2 km from the hotel and an additional transfer is needed. there are puddles in the bathroom and the terrible smell of a public toilet is not ventilated. As we found out earlier, only employees of the hotel itself lived in this building.
To our request to solve the problem with relocation to the main building of the hotel, the guide from annex Dovran, a very unpleasant person, answered in a boorish way that all that can be done is to pay 200 euros for relocation. Of course, we did not pay for the fact that we have already been deceived. We wrote a complaint, to which no one reacted in any way. Now we are preparing a lawsuit in court.
Vacation was ruined.

As for the impression of the hotel as a whole, it is below average. The animation is very weak (as if people are stuck in the 90s). Meals are semi-finished. Natural juices are only for money (here you have ultra all inclusive 5 stars... ). We didn’t see meat, they only gave fish for one day.
The only plus, which in principle had nothing to do with the hotel, is the clean sea.
I do not advise anyone to go to this hotel. A scam and a money scam.
