We went to rest with a child for the second time, for the first time from the trip there were impressions of the magnificent level of the hotel the same....The first time we went with a Pegasus Tourist, everything went perfectly! As it turned out later, this hotel serves an annex tour, which we and not only we regretted very much. Our flight was delayed for 11 hours (from 3.30 to 14.00 we were sitting at the airport with the child, I can’t convey the feeling), but as it turned out, not all the troubles with the annex tour! We got to the hotel by 18.00 and we were settled in a SHED, although we discussed all these points in the tour company (we ordered a standard, but mostly hotels! ), And they gave us supposedly a standard, but in a 2-storey barn, where on the floor tiles and more than one rug, the cold is terrible and the toilet without doors, the hotel is constantly being renovated and the noise is terrible, it was terribly cold, but we were promised by a charming girl Anna from the anex tour that at 10.00 we would be settled in the main building and so it lasted three day! Although we didn’t do anything (they gave money, asked, and in the end they started to make a fuss - that’s the only thing you need to make a fuss with them! ) The only thing that we liked in the hotels was the food - very tasty, but they didn’t let us enjoy it, because. the staff is very rude, they don’t pay attention to children, there aren’t enough tables, they don’t clean the table, everything is dirty and you can’t wait for the appliances, in short, you just have to do everything yourself... The animation is terrible, the playground is good, BUT it works from 12.30 to 14.00 , and then to the barn castle - it's on the sunny side! Everything is under repair, and for a long time and in no way, constantly making noise, knocking and constantly lying, lying, lying! Excursions are expensive - terrible, the Russian language is not native among the guides, in short, constantly wiring for a day and that's it, but in response only rudeness! We are not picky people, but it was a nightmare! I understand that if you don’t make a fuss and don’t yell at the annex tour, then you won’t see anything, but this is not a vacation... Of my friends, no one will definitely go to this hotel !!! ! I cannot write about all the horrors, because there is not enough space. Terrible place!
