Lobi, where you can take the so-called import works from 16 to 23 hours. In my presence (June 15.16), the bartender announced to the ladies that the martini was "not over", and so for two days in a row, and the quality of the drinks, to put it mildly, is not what we would like. Beer - "Tuborg", for me the taste is not very... I observed that many went with jars of "Effes" bought behind the hotel, although in principle tuborg and hilt are the same. Fruits - only oranges, apples, Turkish melons (I remember the film "sport-lotto-82" - "Torture by oranges"). Number 17 plums appeared, but red apples disappeared))). Juices freshly squeezed paid 3 $. There is no meat, only chicken, turkey and fish (I probably won’t eat chicken for a year). For pizza and tortillas, the queue is 30 minutes on average. Ice cream 2 types, give at 16.00 in the sun near the pool, not enough for everyone, the queue is 25-30 meters (always felt sorry for the children). The territory is excellent, the sea is super, after complaints about the service, the waiters began to move faster. Excursions must be taken at the exit from the hotel (30 steps from the checkpoint)), tour operators put on shoes at every opportunity, I do not advise you to communicate with them. And in general, the Anex-tour is a separate song, I think I won’t intersect with them anymore.
The hotel is overcrowded, people are taken to another hotel without explanation (well, maybe this is for the best). I watched how 20-25 Turkish people arrived, so they were settled in the first place, but they could not accommodate a pregnant woman with four children, they offered to go to another hotel. Of course, she explained that she had come here, and there was a ticket, etc. So I stayed in the lobby on the couch, I went home at 17.30, she stayed there to defend her rights...
In general, the hotel building is good, it is well located, cosmetic repairs have been made, everyone in the room works, they are cleaned every day, but not very well (and it doesn’t depend on whether you leave a tip or not... for fun, I didn’t clean the floor for 3 days, near the bed, a toothpick - she was lying around, removed himself, so as not to run into... ), the animators are trying and almost everyone speaks Russian and English... but the positive ends there...

In general, you can relax, in the evening there is live music and a disco, there is where to hang out, BUT I won’t go there anymore...
