The impression of the hotel is terrible, they settled us in an apartment, there is a tile on the floor in the room, very scary and dirty, the area of the room is about 5 sq. m. 5l bottle of water, nothing else, no kettle or anything, a closet in which there are no shelves, in general, we felt like some kind of bums. The next day, thanks to the guide, we were moved to another hotel (of course with a surcharge, but we are ready to give any money to get away from there as soon as possible).
I can’t say anything bad about the food, the food is good, but the service is a solid 3!! ! But I believe that our tour operator is to blame for everything, since he did not warn about such a service, we would immediately refuse.
According to vacationers, not in apartments, but in a hotel, there are also many shortcomings, either broken beds (or not enough of them at all), or no safe, etc.
