Yes, by the way about him: huge, new, BUT the air conditioners do not work, I don’t talk about duty-free at all, there is nowhere to buy water, and they are searched upon departure (namely, they are searched) so almost to the linen. They opened a bottle of cola at my daughter’s and sniffed for a long time, they copied all the drugs and perfumes in my hand luggage, and for a long time they asked my friend why she was carrying pills with her in hand luggage. Anyway. We met normally in Turkey (for comparison, we went through customs in 10 minutes). We drove to the hotel for 1.5 hours and no one was transported along the way. The guide talked cheerfully about Turkey. Everything started out great. Since due to the delay we got to the hotel not at 15.00, and at 2.00 (that is, they paid for the day in vain) they settled immediately, but in ECONOMY. To our indignation that the standard was indicated in the voucher, they said: If you want to go to the standard - for a fee - 30 dollars. I persuaded him to do nothing for 20. But even after that, for unknown reasons, we were kept at the reception for 40 minutes and persuaded to wait. Until I became over the administrator and said that I would not go anywhere until they settled. As a result, they gave a room on the 5th floor with a sea view. The rooms are very small. Repair was, but weak. Plasma hangs on the wall (5 Russian channels). There were no cleaning issues. Every day they cleaned, changed towels, only shampoo and other crap was not added, I had to pay. If you are not going to dance in the room, then it's fine. The reception leaves much to be desired, my handkerchief was drying and fell on the roof of the restaurant from the balcony. I went to the reception for 3 days in a row and talked about it. They promised to pick it up, but that's how he stayed in Turkey. Everything else is great. The food is super and dietary. The waiters run like crazy. Everything is fresh and the selection is huge. Ice cream so true for a week and did not see. Anyway. Liquor on every corner. We drank wine, beer, martinis, Baileys. Everything is fine and no one got hurt. You can eat constantly, the mouth does not close. There are only 2 pools but they are enough. One is large, the other is for children. The jacuzzi and the waterfall in the second pool were especially impressive. The slides are so-so, my daughter said that they were for kids. The sea is clean. The sunbeds on the first line really ended at 8. But at the end of the beach were constantly. The hotel is mostly Russians and Ukrainians. It feels like we didn't leave the country. The staff speaks excellent Russian. The animation is excellent: sports, entertainment, oriental dances. If you give even a little sign of life, then you will definitely be pulled out to some kind of games, entertainment. In the evening, the animation is a bit vulgar, but our people like it. So there are no complaints about the hotel except for the reception. As for Anex, they occupied everything there. Instead of something useful to tell, they immediately offer excursions. If you refuse, then you are no longer interesting to them. Excursions are exactly 2 times more expensive than behind the hotel. Opposite the gates of the hotel is the company "HEY tour", and Oleg (Anzor) works there. We promised him advertising. So we took a hammam with massages (SUPER) from him for 20 dollars (at the hotel - 45) and a 6-hour boat trip for 30 dollars (this is generally bliss). So do not be too lazy to walk 30 meters. From Aneks we went only to a Turkish textile store and for free. The catch is this: the prices in this store are 3 times higher than in the Tekirovo textile store, which is located on the left of the hotel, 2 minutes walk and the goods are the same. So don't get fooled. Departure is generally a song. Plane in at 7.30 am. When asked when the departure, the girl from the annex half-turned without looking at us said, "I don't know anything, go to the 2nd floor and look for yourself on the lists. It turned out that the plane had a broken engine, and we were late due to the fact that another breakdown was being repaired in the evening. When the indignant passengers demanded another plane from the crew commander, he said that there was no other and would not be, otherwise it’s scary to drive us on what we are being transported. With grief, we flew in half at 18.00 and waited for 40 minutes until Lugansk let us into our territory. That's it. CONCLUSION: the hotel is normal, the food is excellent, ANEKS SUCK and do not take a tour from Lugansk. Have a nice holiday everyone.
