Towels were changed 1 time. In general, I do not advise anyone to take economy. The food is monotonous, but we are not picky about food, we were not hungry. The hotel area is very beautiful, greenery, flowers, waterfalls. . . But these are all trifles. Last night my husband was brutally beaten by the hotel security. They beat him with sticks for several hours, handcuffed him. As a result, there were numerous hematomas, a terribly swollen face (they beat with sticks on the cheekbones and temples), and numerous wounds all over the body. To the question "FOR WHAT??? ", the answer is "he insulted the bartender. " The police did nothing. They came, shook hands with the guards, asked if he would write a statement (at that time he was lying alive on the floor in handcuffs), received a negative answer and left. Yes, the husband was pretty drunk, but NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT to brutally beat a person. In that hotels consider differently. Since we had to fly home the next day (the child had a graduation), we did not report it to the police. The general manager of the hotel helped in providing first aid. The hotel bought us an ointment for bruises. We did not receive any apology from the hotel or from the security. They didn't let me call the consulate. . The operator Anex Tour assured me that if we inform the police and the consulate, then we will have to stay for a few days at our own expense, including paying for the flight.
