I rested in this hotel in 2009 for the May holidays. And I am generally NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO satisfied with the rest....The hotel is just awful !!! ! The staff does not speak Russian and Ukrainian at all. The manager is generally neglected by Ukrainian citizens. When asked to turn on the music during dinner, an answer comes from the general manager, "that the season is not yet open in us...." and a bunch of different texts, I allowed myself to be rude to us and almost send us... Based on this behavior, I immediately concluded about the status of the hotel and well-being staff. We were all just in shock!!!! ! I don’t even want to remember, the rest is really just ruined... Complete schmuck!! !
