I stayed at the hotel in June 2009. Upon arrival, tears welled up in my eyes . . but after living a couple of days . . I stopped noticing those disadvantages . . which were so noticeable upon arrival. I'll start by saying that I'm in Turkey 5 times. operator Coral was chosen by me for the first time. we saw our hotel guide Ramin only once, not to acquaint us with the services and "routine" of the hotel, but in order to acquaint us with excursions. At the meeting, we were offered a free tour to Antalya. which was supposed to happen next. day. By the appointed time, we, who wished to go, gathered at the reception. not only was the representative of the coral late for 40 minutes. so he arrived in a minibus, which could accommodate only half of those who wanted to go on an excursion. Instead of finding out why this happened, we were simply dropped off the bus, with a proposal to contact the hotel guide. which, by the way, after our first informational meeting, we have never seen again. We have not heard any apology for the incident. Food: I can't say anything bad about the food. you won't stay hungry. : -) The only annoying thing is the plastic utensils for hot drinks.....tea and coffee. until you get to the "destination" remember all the words and pronounce them in your mind))) about hot drinks? coffee machines are open 24/7. Tea is also always available.
And if you go somewhere on an excursion early in the morning and order a "lunch" with you . . then do not flatter yourself with the fact that breakfast is in your pocket. there is very little of it: a slice of tomato, cucumber, a bun and a slice of cheese. I was ashamed to open this "cherished" box in front of tourists from other hotels. It seems that Belvstu was affected by the food crisis))))
Beach: contrary to the information posted on the hotel website, it takes 8 minutes to get to the beach by bus. The bus only runs until 7pm. so getting to the sea after dinner, alas, will not work either. If you walk, then it will take a good 20-25 minutes. there is no toilet on the beach (as it seemed to me, this bothers not many)

Territory: Not bad. if you do not take into account the burnt-out lawns opposite the last building. Swimming pool: large. Staff: polite, friendly. Rooms: standard Turkish hotel furnishings. BIG PLUS: there is always hot water. No matter what time of the day you get up for a shower, the water will always be hot (many have probably encountered the fact that... not everyone has enough hot water in a hotel. And that if you linger . . and stay for last . . then you will get some water . . which did not have time to warm up in the sun. : -)
They pick up pretty well. True, for 10 days the linen was not changed for me even once.
The sauna at the hotel deserves special attention: do not regret 25 tugriks and enjoy)))
and finally: maybe the type of the hotel is not so important . . after all, they are waiting for you there: the sun, the mountains, the sea? )))))))))
