I read the old reviews here and looked at the old photos, today everything is completely different. They settled in the room for $ 10, and they gave us a choice of several rooms, at our request, we chose a room opposite the large pool, so who our balcony is very often visible on the photos of the hotel)) The room is large and clean, the fungus is carefully painted over)) so that everything is neat, but we did not have a holder for toilet paper, there was only one glass cup in the room, which we used for toothbrushes, because there is nowhere to put all the accessories, at least on the washbasin.

But we didn’t bathe)) The beds were moved as we wanted, the air conditioner worked properly all 10 days of our stay, cleaning was offered every day, in reality they cleaned a couple of times, towels were changed every time we asked. Very weak disposable garbage bags, we carried all the garbage in a large bag, during the day, on the cleaner's cart. All the neighbors put their garbage just in the corridor and on the window sills - there were especially a lot of dirty dishes with leftover food - but this is seen in the culture of Russians as it is customary))) They fed like for slaughter, everything is very tasty and varied, I especially liked the greens. which was served for breakfast and lunch and dinner, a lot of baked vegetables, a variety of salads, hot dishes are delicious, for 10 days they gave grilled trout several times - very tasty)) there were some complaints about some dishes - sometimes the potatoes were strange, like cotton wool, or undercooked,
but these were just minor misunderstandings, there was always a choice of what to take. For breakfast, they always took their kefir or I don’t know how to call it correctly - quite thick, like yogurt, milk for children with rings or balls, very tasty buns, especially buns with sesame)) desserts are delicious. However, most of the time it's the same thing. but I liked it)) Coffee from the machine is also good, hot chocolate is delicious, cappuccino, there was a choice) In general, the food is delicious, really. I've never been to an afternoon snack, lunch was enough)) I'm not interested in animation. so I saw that the guys were entertaining the girls, but I didn’t go into details. We went to the children's animation a couple of times, I really didn’t like the volume level of the music, some children were already grimacing, I myself was not comfortable, as for me, it’s very loud and you can’t put children so close to the speakers, but since moms didn’t mind)))) my child and I just didn’t go to children’s animation anymore. The hotel has three swimming pools
but judging by the reviews, most guests can’t count how many pools there are in total - one for children, about 50 cm, the second with a slide, about 1.40 m, and another, the largest, for adults, about 1.50 - 1.60 m - the depth indicators were mercilessly torn off by vacationers, so I give the depth by eye)) The water is clean, it’s not usual for me that you can swim in the pool around the clock, usually you can’t swim after 18.00, because the pool is cleaned, but here You can see a different cleaning system. There is sand at the bottom and there are some dirty spots on the tiles, but the water is clean, there were no smells and there were no sores)) The staff is friendly, they answer questions, they help. Wi-Fi was already established with us, but still. with the number of people who use it, it is still not enough for everyone - in the morning. when there are few people. enough to sit quietly on the Internet on the site in the dining room, which is by the pool, on the street, day and evening,
when there are a lot of people, it is impossible to use the Internet near the router. But we didn’t go there for the Internet, so we don’t see a minus in this - I worked in viber, and in the training program, it was enough for me)). as for alcoholic drinks - it is the same as everywhere else in Turkey. I personally don’t drink alcohol, I don’t care, I tried wine - red and white, as for me, frankly disgusting, but I don’t like wine and don’t understand, so maybe someone liked it)) Beer is ordinary for Turkey - a pathetic semblance of normal beer. I didn’t drink cocktails and read gins with whiskey, I can’t say anything, but people took it, everyone seemed to like it. The beach is 5-7 minutes walk to it. Basically, not very far. For the first time I rested on the second line in Turkey, so I didn’t see anything terrible or inconvenient in this, in any case, for the amount that we spent on vacation, I didn’t mind walking a few hundred meters to the beach. A very nice man on the beach, who looks after the order, speaks a little Russian, cleans all the time. washes the chairs between the sun loungers, if there are any problems. he runs to fix everything - it happened once that the water pressure in the shower on the beach was weak, he immediately ran, twisted something, everything became fine)). The water is wonderful, it is better to walk on the beach in slippers, because it hurts and is very hot. The water is wonderful. transparent to the day. Quite deep, almost a couple of meters from the shore, there are fish in the water that bite quite painfully on the legs, but this is only if you stand motionless in a certain place. I climbed everything there with a mask, the bottom is clean, a lot of fish swim)) Cons - the music plays loudly, until 23:45 at night, since we lived in a room right opposite the pool, all the music was heard very much during the day and at night well, balcony doors provide little to no sound protection.
But our child was so tired in the sea and the pool that he fell asleep without his hind legs, so in general there are no complaints, though. If we had taken a room in another building, this problem might not have happened. In our neighborhood there lived many families with small children, even with babies, I did not hear that they had any complaints about music. Another minus, not even a minus. and some flaw - in our room there was no upper lamp - the upper lamp in the corridor and the floor lamp in the room are on - all the lighting, as for me, is a bit dark, it was especially not very convenient when packing the suitcases. But, as far as I could see from the windows, this is a problem only in some rooms, in others I saw overhead lamps in the rooms. In general, there are some comments on the little things. but they are all insignificant. So I recommend this hotel for relaxation, despite the negative reviews that are found here, the hotel is quite consistent with its 4.
It is very important to be friendly at the same time, even if there are some problems)) And one more thing that is very striking is that even for dinner it is quite acceptable to come in flip flops and swimsuits wrapped in a pareo - but that’s everyone has their own level of culture)) But the strangest thing for me was that no one almost ever said thank you - neither to the chefs who constantly hung around in the dining room, nor to the guys who grilled in the sweat of their brows, nor to the guys who cleaned the dishes. He approached, silently held out a plate, silently walked away and silently left))) So be friendly and at least sometimes say thank you and the rest will be very good))
