We went to this hotel on August 26 for 8 days, but today we just returned. Impressions from the hotel are not very good . . we are a young couple, quite picky, last year we rested in Alanya in 3 stars. so those 3 stars were better than these 4!!!!!!
1: The sea is far away! Ride the bus (every 10 min delivery), walk 20 minutes to go. The beach is NOT EQUIPPED AT ALL! Dirty! Used condoms and cigarettes were lying around... the pebbles are large. .
The sea is absolutely perfect! The purest! But the beach spoils everything, there is nothing! Only sun loungers, and then, many of them are broken or without mattresses. Not far from the beach there is of course a "stall", but there is no bar...

2: The hotel itself is not bad, although from the outside, when we were brought to the hotel, we were a little upset, it doesn’t look very good... The rooms are average. For a decent room, we had to pay $35 extra, we had a large 2-bed and one extra bed, single. Nice view from the balcony: mountains, swimming pool. . .
The bathroom was leaking, water was leaking into the hallway. . .
THE MOST TERRIBLE AND UNPLEASANT THAT DOES NOT GET INTO THE HEAD, IN A 4 STAR HOTEL ON THE 3 DAY OF REST, WE WERE robbed! HISTORY MYSTERIOUS! MONEY IS STOLEN FROM THE ROOM, IT LOOKS LIKE THAT NIGHT WHILE WE WAS SLEEPING! THE DOOR LOCKS ARE NOT BROKEN, THE BEAM TOO, EVERYTHING WAS CLOSED. THERE WERE NO MONEY IN THE MORNING!!!! ! THEY STOLEN 200 DOLLARS AND EVEN 150 RUBLES WERE SEEN TO MEMORY : )) THEY CALLED THE GENDARMES, MANAGERS, BUT OF COURSE THEY DID NOT RETURN US AND DID NOT FIND ANYTHING. THEY SAID WE SHOULD TAKE A SAFE... WELL, IN THE RESULTS, RUMBLED IN OUR THINGS IN THE TABLE, LOOKING AT THE PASSPORTS AND ROUGHLY THROWING THEM BACK INTO THE DRAWER, THEY DID NOT SAY ANYTHING AND LEFT. BE CAREFUL! IT LOOKS LIKE THE STAFF IS STEALING! WE WERE TOLD THAT THIS IS ALREADY THE 3rd CASE FOR THIS SUMMER!
.... Food is quite decent! Even more! There was even 1 time chicken skewers, delicious. Various hot dishes every day. But, of course, there is almost no meat . . soy mostly . . but salads and all sorts of cold dishes are very personal!
The pool is excellent, large, the water is slightly chlorinated, which pleases.
The staff is normal, almost everyone speaks Russian. But there are suspicious people. . .
Animator Izi is cute, groovy, he alone and lit everyone day and night, this is a plus.
3: We traveled from the tour operator Anex Tour. The guide is not very pleasant, to be honest . . he breeds for all sorts of excursions, the cost of which is certainly overpriced, and breeds rudely... He intimidates that excursions on the street are dangerous to health and life . . We took excursions from a representative from the street, there were no problems! Saved a couple dozen dollars.

In general, citizens of the people, do not take this hotel! this is not a 4 star! of course, the territory is large in principle, the food is good, the norm is average... and if you don’t pay extra money, then I don’t know at all what they will give you . . maybe some kind of tin...
We will complain to the tour operator and tour company, moreover, well-known for being proud, for selling tours to such a hotel, where customers are scammed.
