Terrible hotel! These just don't happen! Guinness Book of Records! And when you realize that this is called 4 stars, hysterical laughter begins! Dirt, lack of a beach, lack of animation, lack of a buffet and normal food, eating and drinking was just terrible! Lack of staff, not a single Russian-speaking person, plastic utensils and furniture, construction, no umbrellas by the pool, only dirty sunbeds, everyone had a strange rash on the second day! Guides in the eyes say that you understand this business, everything is always beautiful in the picture, but in life it’s different! They don’t make excuses, they don’t apologize, they don’t change the hotel, but they say in your eyes that you are a sucker! I had to pay in full for another hotel just to leave this one!
