We rested in this "miracle" hotel from 07/28/2011. In principle, the hotel is not the worst, but the fact that IT is not 4 stars is for sure! I don’t know who might like the guides... Especially the rude “girl” named Almaz. Is Aneh Tour recruiting workers, people who will represent the company in hotels, right off the street? Those. a person who, in theory, should defend my interests, constantly does some dirty tricks + rude... Arrived - wonderful! We met - organized! We were at the hotel by 9:00. We were told to wait until 13-14 hours (check-out - at 12; settlement - from 14)... At 14-30 Almaz told us that there were no rooms. That we will have to live in the backyard for a day in the same room with another couple (a man and a woman). On my refusal, they told me that they would take me to some BOARDING HOUSE for this time. At my request to accommodate me with my daughter for this time on the first floor of the hotel (these are damp rooms with fungal walls), they answered that in this case we would not be moved to a normal room in a day... It is not clear, Aneh Tur did not know that there were free rooms July 28 will not be? After all, I could buy a tour from 29.07. Some write that the price in this hotel corresponds to the quality... You know, for the barn, in the cat. we lived with my daughter (with accommodation), in the Crimea they take 40-50 UAH per person. Why, having arrived in another country, in 4 * !! ! hotel, I must like it?
By the way, this information may come in handy for someone: this is the only hotel on the coast where unmarried Turks can relax. I will never go to this kind of hotel!
About excursions. The guides scared us, telling us how dangerous it was to take tickets on the street... My daughter went from the hotel to see the sunken city. (on the street such a trip costs $15, in a hotel - $55! ). On the way back, the bus had an accident. Good thing there was no damage. . .

We tried not to meet the guides once again. But when it was time to leave, she made a request: our plane took off at 23:00. The bus was supposed to arrive at 19-00. Asked to be in the room at least until 16-17-00. Despite the fact that the night of our stay was stolen, the request was denied. We warned that if we do not leave at 12, we will pay for an additional day of accommodation. HERE!
There are no complaints about the staff: they cleaned cleanly. Hamam is awesome! The food is not very good. A LOT of soy. Of the fruits, only watermelon and oranges..... THIS IS NOT 4 * !! !
