We did not expect anything special from the hotel after reading the reviews about it, but this is the first time we have encountered such rudeness. While filling out the paperwork for the settlement, I noticed how some tourist wanted to take towels at the reception, but he was refused by the hotel employee, referring to their absence. Well, it seems that I filled out the paperwork, received the bracelets, had breakfast, and it’s not so close to settling yet. They promised to settle only at 14-00, referring to international rules (breaking all sites found that according to international rules, check-in is until 12:00)....We sat at the reception, took a walk in the courtyard of the hotel, and decided to take a walk to see where the sea is, and indeed, where everything is located in the area. On the way, we met a lot of shops and tour agencies with intrusive Turkish service. Well, they gave us their leaflets with the name, description and prices of excursions. Well, they gave it and it’s good, we’ll come to the hotel, read it, choose it. We usually take excursions from a tour operator, we know that we overpay, but with extreme excursions (paragliding, diving, rafting), like ours, we do not risk taking it on the street. My girlfriend had the leaflets, upon arrival she handed them to me and left for a couple of minutes. Without suspecting anything, passing by the reception, I was suddenly stopped by some man in a blue T-shirt, outwardly similar to a Turk, but speaking Russian quite well. He snatched these flyers from me and, throwing them at the reception desk, began to tell me what a scoundrel I am, that he brought flyers from other agencies to the hotel, that the hotel is completely subordinate to Anex tour, and that it is forbidden to bring leaflets from other companies in their hotel. At first, I was kind of lost. To my question, “Whom do I have the honor to talk to? ” he replied that he was the manager of the hotel. Nearby was the representative of Anex tour, the hotel guide Vladimir. I asked where the written rules or the clause of the contract that I am violating are located. The hotel manager, after listening to my indignation, replied that I was just a guest and I should not set my own rules in a foreign country and the conversation was over before 14:00, until the check-in began. Then it dawned on me, in vain I let it slip with the surname and settlement...
While waiting, I went through all the information desks, where the rules and other useful information are written. Nowhere was it indicated that it was forbidden to bring flyers from other agencies! This, apparently, is some kind of unspoken rule, so secret that it is not written anywhere about it, but all tourists must somehow know it. But what I found interesting. . . It turned out that the "hotel manager" is an employee of Anex tour as a hotel guide. His photo was hilarious at the Anex tour booth, where there were three more photos of hotel guides who were in the hotel lobby.
I thought it was strange and tried to find an explanation for it. Maybe he works part-time both there and there?? ? Yes, no, it's incredible. Well, nothing, everything will become clear later.
So, at 14:00 we start getting numbers. The keys to the rooms were distributed by the already known to us half-employee of Belvista and Anex tour, who called himself the “hotel manager”. After distribution, we received room No. 633. About 10 people were led to the rooms, two boys with carts with our suitcases showed the way. We were led to some building that was different from all the other buildings, and even seemingly standing outside the hotel, but there was no other approach to it, only through the territory of the Belvista hotel. The building was obviously old, had a large hall - a lobby, a dirty floor, chaotic furniture; there is monthly dust at the reception desk, in the room behind the reception desk there is a warehouse of furniture, there are no employees; in the next room there was a warehouse of mattresses, all the rooms were open, we did not look anywhere without asking. Climbing the stairs, we realized that the building had not been renovated for 10 years, it smelled of mold and old mattresses. In some places, rebar sticks out..... typical Arab cheap construction. And here is the third floor, room number 633. We open and we have a SHOCK !!!!!!

The room we had been waiting for almost 6 hours was in a terrible state. The room is not cleaned, the beds are not made, the bulls, towels, toilet paper are lying around, the walls are dirty, there are not enough plugs that close the electrical wiring in the junction boxes built into the wall, plaster is falling off in some places, the windows are unwashed, the curtains hang incomprehensibly....The sliding wardrobe is gouged into the trash, the doors in it are not something that they don’t drive, they can’t stay in the rails.
We did not expect such rudeness and lawlessness!! ! The 4 * hotel was like a dorm room.
So, we, armed with a camera and a phone, filmed this whole mess. They took the suitcase and bag, and went to this "hotel manager". They quarreled for a long time, they tried to explain to the hotel guides that a 4 * room cannot look like this. But the hotel guides denied that they are powerless here and the hotel is to blame for everything. All they can do to help is to send a cleaner and in 15 minutes the room will be ready to move in. But neither after 15 minutes, nor after 1 hour, the room was not cleaned....I called the call-center Anex tour, told our story, and asked how I should be in this situation, they told me to write a complaint and send it by fax. Of course, it would have taken at least a few days for the fax to be processed, and we couldn't wait. But they took the official form of the hotel in order to write your review on it and send it by fax, but already from Moscow. Only after 1 hour and 30 minutes and lengthy negotiations in raised tones, we were given the key to the “new number” No. 306.
The second room was much better than the first, but the same dirty walls, mold on the ceiling, and the faucet in the bathroom worked according to the “do it yourself” system - with certain skills, a torn off faucet could be put back in place and gently turned on... Well, this is not a four, even not a trio!!!! ! Total check-in to the room occurred at 16:30 instead of the prescribed 14:00 (recall that we arrived at 9 am) in a room that did not correspond to the star rating of the hotel. We managed to bring our suitcases, take a shower, change clothes and it was already time to go to a meeting with representatives (hotel guides) of Anex tour. As a result, there were 4 guides in the hotel... and not one of them could solve our problem with rooms quickly and without nerves, and they didn’t have much desire to help, they were all arrogant and rude!

At the meeting, Vladimir (still the same hotel guide who called me a “distributor”) began to explain to us and other tourists that the hotel was problematic, the rooms were not very good, there were problems with checking in and Anex tour had nothing to do with it, it was the hotel staff so bad. But why, if it is known to the staff of the Anex tour tour operator, are we not warned about this fact when buying a ticket? And then, almost directly, he says that if you buy excursions from them, you can get a better room. After that, the imposition of services (excursions) began. Well, since we came to rest, and not to sit at the hotel, we ordered 3 excursions from Anex tour and received the 4th as a gift for the action. For two, we spent about $600 on all of our entertainment. And only after that we were asked how our room was, whether everything suits us, and they informed us that they were ready to change it for us to another, in a new building. I honestly said that the room does not suit us, and I want a normal 4-star room, not a room in a rooming house. We were told to come at 15:00 the next day and we will get a new room in a new building.
At 15:00 the next day, we approached the "hotel manager" who was already in the form of Anex tour and was a representative of only the tour operator, and reminded him of his promise. We immediately received the keys to room No. 336, which was still in the same building. But what about the promised new building ?? ? Sorry, there are no rooms!

After checking the number, it turned out to be the most adapted for life....True, the refrigerator did not work, the bathroom was leaking, there was paper in the cornice instead of plugs, audibility like on the street, and other minor shortcomings that we had already turned a blind eye to. As a result - 26 hours to check in, a lot of spent nerves, spoiled mood, negative attitude towards the hotel and Anex tour.
By the way, on the same day, in the evening, we were offered to move for the fourth time, because. there are rooms in the new building. But I didn’t have the strength to wander anymore, we stayed in room 336, in the end we arrived for only 7 days, 1.5 of which we were getting on our nerves !!!
