Rested from 06/19/2021 for 11 nights mother + three children. The first impression is bad: unfriendly staff, the hotel is old and tired. Further worse, they settled in a “chic” room, I could not even think that such a thing exists in a hotel that positions itself as 5 *. Dirty basement overlooking 10 air conditioners. When asked to change the number, they simply turned on the ignore (they generally have a strange attitude towards a woman with children without the presence of her husband) On the 5th attempt with a surcharge (which I offered immediately) after a call from the travel agency, the number was replaced with a better one with a better view.
The territory is large, beautiful but it needs to be simply cleaned. Housekeeping is also 3. The beach is good, the sea is super, the sunbeds are cracked, beach towels for some reason are given out near the restaurant, not the beach. The restaurant is another big minus, there were sorely lacking places, the waiters are rude, the food is simply tasteless, sometimes half-starved (especially children) came out. I have never eaten such tasteless pancakes for breakfast anywhere else (croissants were worth their weight in gold, in 12 days for 4 people I managed to take 5 pcs. There is no question about the quality of fish and meat (Coffee could be found delicious in the cafe-confectionery in the same place and really delicious desserts, unlike the main restaurant, there is a chef in his place.
